Property smelled like mold and the AC in my room wouldn’t cool down my room enough. There was no mention that you needed to check in at the adjacent  property. Also needed to change out my room keys twice

The hotel is beautiful. We booked a partial sea view room in the main building, which has a maximum floor of 17. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, and the ocean was visible diagonally in front of the window. The hotel also has an annex building, which appears to be about 10 stories high. When we booked, the Ocean Front room in the annex was the same price as the partial sea view room in the main building and included three breakfasts. After researching and reading reviews saying the main building was recently renovated and newer, we chose the main building room. The hotel entrance is surrounded by palm trees, and the lobby is quite grand. A path leading to the swimming pool from the side entrance has fountains on both sides, which are beautifully lit at night. The swimming pool isn't large, but it's surrounded by rows of beach chairs. Walking across the pool and out of the hotel leads directly to the beach – incredibly convenient! On our first day, we took photos and played in the water on the beach. The hotel provides dedicated lounge chairs and towels. Sun umbrellas cost an extra $30. After playing for a while, we went back to the hotel pool. Lying on a beach chair listening to live music, with staff offering complimentary snacks like frozen mango chunks, strawberry smoothies, and frozen coconut milk—small portions, but incredibly refreshing—were delightful. Free ice water, sunscreen, and towels were also available by the pool. The next day, I got up early to watch the sunrise on the beach. What I loved most was the hotel's buffet breakfast: $46 per person, $22 for children. Our room included two breakfasts; the selection was vast, and everything was delicious. The fruit was huge—blueberries and blackberries were much larger and sweeter than those in the Bay Area. The melons were also very sweet! Excellent value for money! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Lincoln Street, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Miami!

The hotel was nice. Parking isn't free, but since the king-size bed we booked wasn't available when we checked in, the front desk gave us complimentary parking. The front desk staff were very friendly.

No microwave , Staff is not attentive and don’t listen to you. My room was unlocked by someone after I left for work beach. When I came back my room was open without any cleaning. We complaint but no one took care of it. I will Not recommend this hotel

Stayed two nights at this hotel. To get to the old Universal Studios park, you just cross a skybridge. The outlet mall is about a 25-minute walk away, so overall the transportation is quite convenient. The room comes with free bottled water, but the microwave is only available in the game room.

This hotel requires a boat ride to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, both ways, and the scenery is fantastic. For Magic Kingdom, you can just take the hotel's shuttle bus. As an official Disney-designated hotel, you get early park access, which means you can skip the lines and go straight to attractions, playing at least two rides without waiting – it's awesome! I highly recommend this place.

Cleanliness was only so-so. I found a few hairs in the sink and ended up cleaning them myself. As the cheapest Disney hotel, it offers most of the essential benefits you'd expect. The room itself is almost identical to those at Pop Century, but this resort doesn't have Skyliner access, and the Pop Century campus is arguably more appealing. Ultimately, it's perfectly fine if you're just looking for a place to crash after long park days, especially given the price.

Arrived at Orlando Airport at midnight, so I walked to the hotel reception area before calling the hotel. Maybe it was too late, the driver took a long time to arrive, and it took less than ten minutes to get to the hotel. But considering that it was hard for them to pick me up at the airport late at night, and it was Christmas Eve, I was willing to give a tip. The facilities of this hotel are relatively new, and there is a huge Christmas tree in the lobby 🎄, which is very beautiful! The staff took the initiative to give delicious cookies during check-in and check-out. Because I only stayed for less than nine hours, I really couldn't find any faults. I was picked up by my friends early the next morning.

The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Actually, every staff member I encountered was very friendly. The location was super convenient to Disney Springs, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to every Disney park. I did not eat there or use the pool so cannot speak to that.

The location is very good, the private beach is beautiful, there are sun umbrellas, windproof tents and beach chairs can be rented, but the price is not cheap (conditional advice comes with 🤫). Close to Ole, you can also park for free. I should stay in the next time🙂
