"I brought my elderly parents to Tong, and I want to express my gratitude to the elegant Manager Yang at the front desk and Mr. Zhou, who handled our check-in. Not only did they upgrade our room to a river-view room, but seeing that both my parents are over 90, they also offered complimentary breakfast valued at 69 RMB per person. Thank you very much! Our room faced the Yangtze River, the world's largest river by water volume – our Mother River. Every day, we could see countless boats vying for passage. Even in this era of advanced planes and high-speed trains, I was surprised to see how busy river transportation still is! The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. After mopping, the staff always reminded my parents to wait until the floor was dry before moving around! Next to the window, there was a tatami area where we could sit facing each other, sipping tea and discussing historical figures. It could also serve as a bed, allowing us to lie down and watch the majestic Yangtze flow eastward and the sun and moon eternally cycle. Or, we could enjoy the visual feast of ships with children… The hotel has separate laundry rooms for washing and drying, a scenic gym, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, the 49th, offering a fantastic view! Highly recommended!"

"UR Cove is one of the highest quality hotels around Nanjing South Railway Station. I highly recommend this hotel it you are coming to Nanjing South. The location is fantastic, it is a very short walk from Nanjingnan Station and is situated on a commercial building lot. On the lower floors there are plenty of places to eat, get coffee and even get documents printed. The price for the service and quality of the stay is exceptional value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and service orientated. As a foreign person with a very limited Mandarin vocabulary the staff acted with diligence, and patience and found a way to communicate with me effectively ensuring checking was smooth. The hotel added me to thier WeChat and I was able to communicate with them throught this method. I found that when I asked a question, they answered promptly and went that extra step further providing map pins of locations I was asking about as well as photos of the buildings. The customer service experience didn't end there. Having extended my stay after my original booking. I thought I would need to Check-Out then Check-in again, but when I spoke to the staff, they confirmed I could keep the same room.and just renew my room key card. The process was very simple. Now for the facilities. The rooms are modern with tile throughout. They have a smart toilet with Bidet feature, a large generous shower, a vanity basin with a Make-up light for the ladies. There is a desk and a chair in the room which are both very comfortable. The bed is large and spacious although at 180cm I was close to hanging over the end of the bed but that is no fault of the hotel. The bed is soft and comfortable and provides a great nights sleep especially after a long high-speed rail journey. House keeping has been fantastic, they come and clean the room daily and do a fantastic job. The hotel also has a pair.of delivery robots so if you want to order food you can with out any hassles. The overall feel of the UR Cove hotel is that of a modern contemporary hotel with modern facilities and a warm, welcoming friendly environment. There is also a self services laundry and a gym within the hotel so all your needs are met. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I stayed for two nights, and my experience during this Suzhou trip was truly comfortable! The whole hotel felt clean and refreshing; the room was neatly arranged, and both the public areas and the room itself were well-maintained, which was very pleasant to see. Most importantly, it felt incredibly safe to stay there—full marks for security, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The location was also convenient; after visiting the Suzhou gardens, I could fully relax back at the hotel. This smooth trip was thanks to this comfortable place to stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Suzhou!"

"Excellent value for money, exceeding my expectations. The decor is fresh and unique, rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are quite new. The service is warm and attentive, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Most importantly, the hygiene is impeccable; the guest rooms, public areas, and restaurant are all spotless. What's particularly thoughtful is the small alcohol wipes provided in the bathroom for disinfection 👍. My only minor feedback is that the wipes are a bit small; it would be even better if they were a little larger."

"First and foremost, a huge thank you to the butler for upgrading our room – we were absolutely delighted! Nanjing is a city rich in history, and for personal reasons, I hadn't quite gotten around to planning a trip there. This time, my eldest, who's in junior high, wanted to explore Nanjing, so we decided to make it a family summer vacation. The hotel's location is superb, and the interior is wonderfully quiet. After the rain, the air was exceptionally fresh and clear! It truly felt like sleeping at the foot of Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum, close to our ancestors. Just a 5-minute walk left from the hotel entrance takes you straight to Gate 5 of the Mausoleum, from where you can immediately cross the famous '网红桥' (Internet-famous bridge) and reach the hundred-year-old stone statues – incredibly convenient! The Meiling Palace is also nearby, probably just a 20-minute walk from the hotel, so its convenience goes without saying. The Nanjing Museum is only about 2 kilometers away too. If time permits, you can really take your time and soak it all in. Nanjing is a city surrounded by plane trees, a city full of green vitality everywhere you look. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Oh, and if you're traveling with kids, a visit to Yuhuatai (Rain Flower Terrace) is a must! One last thing, the hotel's self-service laundry facilities are incredibly convenient!"

"Our two-day, two-night trip to Nantong has come to an end! It was a perfect weekend getaway for our family of three, and the Hampton by Hilton played a big part in that – it's truly a commendable place to stay! We booked a family room, and the king-size bed and single bed layout was perfect for us. Most importantly, the breakfast was excellent! Our child was particularly fond of the tofu pudding, so they eagerly went down for breakfast again the next day! It's very thoughtful that weekend breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, especially for late sleepers like us. There's a laundry room with a dryer, and a car park with charging facilities. It's conveniently located right off a wide main road and elevated highway. We had considered choosing between Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn, and after passing by the Garden Inn yesterday, I feel Hampton by Hilton is still superior! Oh, and regarding service, it would have been even better if the front desk staff were a bit more proactive in greeting guests, rather than waiting for guests to approach the counter before looking up. That's one minor area for improvement!"

The exterior is classically elegant with a small bridge and flowing water, while the interior facilities are modern. Service: I particularly want to commend the service; it was incredibly thoughtful. They helped us with our luggage as soon as we arrived, and even took care of drying our laundry, solving a big worry for us. When we left, my child forgot a bag, and they even helped us mail it home. "Bathroom: The wooden door design is excellent – early risers using the bathroom won't disturb anyone passing by. However, if someone is in the bathroom, others can't use the sink. The room layout and space are generally good. Since I was only staying in Suzhou for one day, I chose a hotel close to the station, which made getting around very convenient. The guy at the front desk was super enthusiastic; my teenage son liked their disposable manual razor, and the staff member gave him two. It's not about trying to get something for free, but that gesture alone made a huge impression!"
