There's some miscommunication on the booking as per booking page is either a big bed or 2 single bed. Upon booking did write the bed preference but was not fulfilled. However try to communicate with the staff and trip.com able to be assigned to 2 single bed room. There's slight leakage of the aircon, contact front desk and get it fixed. Hotel breakfast is not nice. Overall the staff is friendly n helpful, and has good location.

This hotel comes with balcony clean and good price. Surrounding have food court offers all kinds of food. Massage, spa and manicure. All within walking distance. Bed and pillow super comfortable. Highly recommended, if you are visiting Batam.

I spent 2 nights at this hotel and the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, so major points there. But the bathroom… that’s where things fell apart. The showerhead holder was broken, which made every shower an awkward juggling act. And the “frosted” glass? It doesn’t actually blur anything out. If you’re showering, anyone on the bed has a front-row seat. Seriously, why even install a glass panel if it offers zero privacy? The towels didn’t help either — yellowed and oddly dark, they didn’t exactly scream “fresh and clean.” Aside from those misses, the room itself was decent enough, and the staff were a genuine highlight. Kind, helpful, always with a smile. Great location, lovely people… just maybe pack your own towel and shower with the lights off.

The most convinient location ,if u looking just for room to sleep on and not bother about all the hotel amenities,as sorrounding area have everything u need

We spent 2 nights in celebration of our Wedding Anniversary cum Valentine's Day. The quiet tranquility and peace coupled with nice breakfast meals were what my wife and I were quite looking forward to...away from the hustle and bustle. It is an art this days to just sit back and reconnect with each other and perhaps do...nothing except enjoy each other's company... We had one of the most delectable deep fried calamari at the Kelong Elly located just next to SADI Beach House. The 2 nights spent at SADI has been a great experience. The SADI Team has been very attentive and making every bit of our stay memorable. Looking forward to revisit next time with a whole group of friends seeking solace! Special mentioned to Tika and Irma, the customer service staff, who connected with me via WhatsApp prior to our arrival so that we are aware of the necessary. Much appreciated. Overall, we feel recharged after our stay. 😊🙏🏼

Clean room n toilet , reliable front desk service and nice view of Pacific Hotel n New Park. Better can provide in house breakfast corner.

We had have 3 room.. 2 of them not very convenient for us (tripping aircond, electricity not stable, towels not so clean,shower in the bathroom so slow, soap and shampoo haven’t smelled) But the room is very clean Breakfast, fork and spoon not so clean still oily. Overall ..it’s Good for the budget travellers.

It's ok here too.. cute, ready to have another massage package in the lobby. But there's no lift
