🏩 FANTASTIC PREMIUM hotel with outstanding service and a perfect location — close to West Street and the Impression Liu Sanjie show, yet peaceful and surrounded by mountains. An absolutely stunning view of the mountains. 🗻🗻🗻 100% Special thanks to our housekeeper, Xiao-Lu, for her kindness and help with everything, especially arranging great tickets for the show. We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰

I highly recommend the Guolong Hotel! The biggest surprise was the huge parking lot – there's so much space that both family cars and business vehicles can park with ease, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The front desk service was absolutely excellent; the staff were warm and thoughtful, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. They even proactively offered tips for local attractions, which really enhanced the whole check-in experience!

From the moment I arrived, I knew this place was something special. Everything about this accommodation exceeded my expectations, it truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The property itself is stunning. It’s beautifully designed with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every detail has clearly been thought through, from the cozy furnishings to the high-quality amenities. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, the bed alone deserves a five-star review! What really made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often. In short, this is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience. The view from the scenic room I booked was absolutely stunning, offering an unobstructed high-altitude panorama – perfect for photos! The room itself was clean and tidy, with elegant soft furnishings and comfortable, skin-friendly bedding. Our butler, Jenna, provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The common areas were neat and grand, and the service team, including Colin, Rose, Helen, and Eileen, were all excellent. It was quiet at night, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's ideal whether you're traveling for leisure or just need a change of scenery. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel during my Guilin trip! As soon as I arrived, staff were there to greet me and took care of my luggage, making for a smooth check-in. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious, but the best part was the stunning view from the bed – waking up to the misty Guilin scenery was incredible. The hotel breakfast was also delicious and offered a great variety. We also had lunch at the Cloud Restaurant, which had direct lake views from the window, and the food was excellent. The service staff were incredibly attentive (in fact, all the hotel staff had outstanding service, making us feel right at home). We also tried the travel photography experience, which was definitely worth it!

A very comfortable stay! The room was simple, modern, and clean. Hyatt's 'Good Dream' mattress was so soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a 55-inch large TV, and a separate workspace, all well-appointed. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. 😴 The breakfast was fantastic too! Enjoying a bowl of luosifen (river snail noodles) while admiring the river view at the Grand Gallery restaurant truly felt like the right way to experience Liuzhou! They had all the local specialties like Sanjiang zongzi and oil tea, with a rich mix of Chinese and Western options. What was even more surprising was that some of the most popular luosifen shops were right near the hotel, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around to queue. 😄 KRIS, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ and helped us with many issues. If I come to Liuzhou again, this will definitely be my top choice.

The room directly overlooks the artificial lake, which is absolutely beautiful. If I were to visit again in March or April when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, it would be truly magnificent. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable; I even got to make my own waffles, which were wonderfully fluffy and soft, just like the ones my grandma used to make back home. The environment here is also very relaxing and pleasant.

I saw online that this hotel was highly rated for its beautiful scenery, so I made a special trip here! The hotel entrance might seem unassuming, but once you step inside, it's a whole different world. The hotel is right on the Li River, where you can go fishing during the day. In the afternoon, there are even cormorant fishing interactions and traditional craft workshops, all perfect for family fun. The hotel also offers free travel photography, and we got some great family photos as a souvenir. The photographer was very professional and excellent at guiding us. The facilities are comprehensive, with a parking lot, a pool, and a kids' club. The service is also excellent; they pretty much fulfill every request! I highly recommend everyone come and experience it for yourselves!

Welcome fruit on the first day: 1. This deserves a negative review. I didn't see any welcome fruit from the moment I checked into the room on the first day. It wasn't until noon on the second day that I proactively called the front desk to inquire. The front desk staff didn't even realize no fruit had been sent (though their attitude was very good and they patiently guided me over the phone to find the minibar's fridge). 2. Furthermore, when the welcome fruit was eventually delivered, no utensils were provided, so the mango was impossible to eat. I thanked the staff member who delivered the fruit, but he didn't respond and just closed the door and left. He seemed very cold, like a newbie. As for the fruit itself, the bananas, lychees, and apples were all very fresh, and the lychees were very sweet. Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to room availability): It seems this wasn't proactively mentioned during check-in this time. Previously, they would offer to arrange it during check-in. When checking out, there was no one at the central front desk, and queues formed on both sides. I stood near the front desk with my room card, but no one came forward to ask if I needed to check out or if I needed assistance. Facilities: 1. The desk lamp with a rotary switch next to the writing desk was faulty, flickering like a candle. I was genuinely afraid the light bulb would explode. If someone had attended to me or asked about my stay during check-out, I might not have even bothered writing this review. 2. The elevator has noticeably slowed down, but it's acceptable. Service: 1. A shout-out to the doorman who proactively helped open the car door; he was very polite. 2. Also, on the first night, while waiting for the elevator down on the 80th floor, I was proactively greeted with a 'good evening,' which was a nice touch. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent; it was very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning was thorough. I look forward to seeing improvements next time.
