There are many attractions in Hengyang right outside the door, and the farmers' market is also nearby, along with many local snack shops. The cleanliness and environment were good. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage upstairs a bit of a struggle. Firstly, the location is ideal. 20 mins from the railway station, close to the airport, close to the tienmen mountain cable car, 10 mins walk from the bus station. That's a win if you ask me. Secondly, the place looks exactly like the photos.Clean, very homey and cozy. Thirdly, the service we received from the host was impeccable! She went above and beyond to book our tickets for tours and advised us on the best routes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. "The first time I came to Hunan, I was really afraid that it was not easy to find a location. The location was easy to find parking. The front desk was very good. The environment was very good. The sanitation was very clean. The room was very convenient for voice control. The projection was very large and clear. This shampoo conditioner was particularly easy to use. There is also a washing machine with drying. Gym, a small suggestion, it is recommended to put two cotton swabs to take a shower and use it well. The overall feeling is 5A praise, compared to the same price, it is completely ceiling, stay without stepping on the pit, recommended"

"The hotel is right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and daily convenience stores and drugstores. It’s also close to an IT and accessories mall, though a bit far from the train station. That said, the facilities and cleanliness were great, and the staff even helped us accept our packages. There's also a power bank rental station at the front desk. The only drawback was that we booked a room with a washing machine inside, but it turned out to be located outside the room instead. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay!"
