It has a humble setting full of character, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The absolute best local, short walk across the road to the cable car station. A MASSIVE shout-out to the daughter 🐑 who runs the place—her service is superb and goes far beyond what you could ever ask for. She was incredibly resourceful, answering my countless questions months before my arrival with sincere and very prompt replies! But wait, there's more! She booked all our park tickets with discounts (72 Wonder Towers, Tianmen Mountain and 4 days Zhangjiajie National Park. She even offered to help plan our itinerary for the National Park based on the weather conditions after we moved to a different accommodation.  She checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay, treating us truly like family. Her service is next level—beyond 5 stars! Her warmth and consideration made our trip unforgettable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. The owner was incredibly welcoming and gave us great tips on how to explore Furong Ancient Town. He even personally picked us up from the Waterfall Bay parking lot and helped us carry our luggage. This guesthouse is really close to everything, so while there are a lot of steps, it's totally manageable from here. The room has a beautiful view of the waterfall, which is just stunning.

This place is right next to Xue Bridge, just a few steps from the river. The room was huge and very clean, and I loved all the little thoughtful touches, like a full bottle of Walch hand soap and water dispensers on every floor. The fifth floor has flowers and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the river view, and downstairs you can have tea or drinks and watch people go by. What really made it special was how incredibly nice the owner was! As soon as we arrived, she told us all the best ways to experience Fenghuang. Even after we'd checked out the next day, my clothes were still wet, and the owner was kind enough to let us borrow her hairdryer – a powerful one she uses for her dog, Million – not once, but twice that afternoon. I genuinely loved and appreciated my stay, and I wish the owner all the best with her business!

The room has a retro feeling of the 80s. Overall, the environment is good, the overall stay experience is good, the room is spacious and clean, the location is convenient, and the breakfast category is enough. The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation is average, the footsteps in the corridor can be heard, and it does not affect the overall recommendation ～

beautiful hotel room on the riverside, away from the noise of the main touristic streets. Distance to the east gate of ZNFP: 30 min walking, 5 min with Didi. Hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, we loved them since the beginning of our stay. The room was always clean and there was enough space to open two big suitcases. Strongly recommend!

I extended my stay for another night, and the king-size bed room was very comfortable. Even though it was on the first floor facing the street, the soundproofing was excellent. The owners were incredibly welcoming; when I got bitten by bugs on Tianmen Mountain, they even provided me with iodine swabs and herbal cream. The hotel is also very close to the Central Bus Station, just a few minutes' walk away. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Zhangjiajie!

I loved the location, close to the cable car. There is a supermarket and several places to eat near the hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I had food poisoning and they helped me a lot by bringing everything I needed. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel really exceeded expectations and must come and give a good review! 📍 The location is excellent, just in the core area of the center of Nanyue District, it takes a few minutes to walk to the temple or the visitor center, it is super convenient to burn incense or climb the mountain. 👩💼 The service is nothing to say, the check-in is fast, the response is positive ✨ The room is clean and can't be faulted, the bedding is white as new, and the floor and desktop are spotless. What I am most satisfied with is that the sound insulation is good and there is no smell. The overall price is very high, I will choose this next time!

Traveling to Changsha, I was so glad I booked this hidden gem of a guesthouse on Trip.com. Its prime riverside location on a high floor offers absolutely stunning views; during the day, you see the sparkling river, and at night, the city lights across the bank. I'm a light sleeper, and before coming, I was worried about poor soundproofing in guesthouses, but my stay was completely free of noise disturbance. A special thank you to the lovely manager, Ms. Hu, for her warm and thoughtful service. She not only prepared alternative room options for me beforehand but also meticulously wrote down a list of restaurants popular with locals in the city and recommended souvenirs to take home. What really stood out was how Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng from Siman (the guesthouse name) were at the front desk practically day and night, showing immense dedication and friendliness. They even proactively helped with laundry and drying, and folded it neatly before returning it. With beautiful scenery, excellent service, and a great price, our short three-day stay at Siman added wonderful memories to our Changsha trip. Thank you to both Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng!

The hotel is located within the scenic area and features a balcony with excellent views of the ancient town, allowing you to enjoy the scenery without even leaving your room. The room is clean, reasonably spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. One thing to note is that there is no elevator in the hotel, so guests with heavy luggage may need to carry or drag their bags up the stairs. The owner is exceptionally friendly and hospitable. During my stay, she kindly picked me up and dropped me off at the taxi stand. She even helped carry part of my luggage up the stairs and along the walkway within the scenic area. Her kindness and hospitality were truly appreciated, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town in the future.
