"Bad things: - This place is quite far away from city, 12mins driving distance to closest convenience shop - You must own a car to go there and the driving way to there are nearly no street light, very dark - The room quite small, it is nearly not possible to live for two people - Some inserts appear at night but really so clean inside the room, you just have to close your room door asap whenever you open at night Good things: - All the things are super new and clean - Quiet, and it is super comfortable to live in the forest with good facilities - Cozy bed, strong water and electricity supply Overall: I think this is a good place to stay if you do not mind to drive in a dark night. And super recommend someone who wanna taste living in forest with urban city living style (can charge your phone, watch tablet and take a good shower)"

"Service: I was initially given the wrong floor upon check-in, but after a brief discussion, it was corrected. The service was excellent overall. There was even a lady who spoke Chinese. Environment: The rooms were very large; all rooms seem to have sea views. I booked a Japanese-English style combination room, with a large balcony offering excellent views overlooking the hotel's private beach. The sea was beautiful. Facilities: Separate wet and dry areas, and all necessary amenities were provided. The breakfast was quite substantial, changing my previously negative impression of Japanese breakfasts."

"Let me start by saying I highly recommend this place. The rooms are spacious and affordable, and there's a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. Plus, there's a large bathtub perfect for soaking while looking out at the ocean, with a direct view of the bridge. The paid breakfast, costing ¥800, is quite delicious and worth trying. The owner is also incredibly kind; they'll even wave goodbye and bow when you check out. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only downside is the hotel's location. While not far, the road leading up to it is genuinely narrow and steep. Even driving a light vehicle with a yellow license plate, I found the road quite small, so larger cars might not be able to make it up. But overall, it's excellent! 😎"

"Despite the remote location in a far corner of Kouri Island, this Villa is quite easily accessible, within walking distance to the landmark attraction Heart Rock on the Island. The openness of the Villa is unique, which may not be liked by those who require security and privacy. A dip in the jacuzzi on the terrace during the day is a highlight of our stay. We particularly enjoyed having all curtains opened so we could submerge ourselves in nature and looked at the vast blue sky of Okinawa in the sunny afternoon we luckily had during our stay in mid April."

"This accommodation is perfect with its sea breezes coming in the front door it’s just so relaxing. I’d come back and stay again but much much longer. It’s very clean. Staff are very friendly. Even the wonderful owner speaks English and took the time to have a very pleasant conversation with me. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to travel further up the coast but the best beach clearest water and most fish life is across the main road only 8 minutes walk. Swimming every day crystal clear water. Even people from the larger resort use this beach I walked 3 klms looking for agood spot and discovered this one last and it is the best. This accommodation is cheap for the amenities and service"

Since it's a private beach, it's a very quiet and pleasant place, though this can depend on the season. Even in the off-season of February, we were blessed with good weather and enjoyed a warm, beach-perfect stay. Breakfast is a buffet in a large venue. While the variety isn't extensive, you can eat quickly and head out to nearby attractions. However, there aren't many dining options immediately outside the hotel; the closest is about a 15-minute walk, so I recommend doing some research beforehand."
