"It was a very affordable hotel and we liked it. The bed is small for two of us , so its better to book a bigger room next time. They had everything you need. The room was clean, the towels were new every day. The staff at the lobby was amazing. Super easy and no issues We will stay again It’s good location to everything but it’s just 10 min drive to Disney !"

"Price affordable place suitable for backpackers and solo traveling. I'm not renting the sharing beds but solo tiny rooms, the bed is actually not that small, so you can store the things in the underneath locker and the suitcase placed outside. But make sure to be quiet because there's no actual doors. I didn't really sleep well but earplugs helped a bit, the shower and common area are acceptable. Nice staff that answered a lot question and recommended me restaurant with curry, even if she is a part time, I liked her a lot. The location is near to many restaurant in shimbashi,(but be careful if late night) and only 15minutes walk to Ginza, it's also near to many tourists places."

"Room is a little small but it is understandable as majority of the hotel room in Tokyo is small. Love the customer service and happy that they provide luggage storage service as this make our trip easier without carrying the luggage around all the time"

"I stayed in Ginza for a day as a transit stop after landing, and the bed was great; I slept soundly until morning. I had dinner at Hokuto Wagyu downstairs, but it wasn't great value for money. The most expensive set menu was ¥3980, and the portion of beef for two was tiny. The ¥1000 special lunch set was acceptable for the price, but the meat quality was very ordinary. The discounted sashimi from OK Supermarket was excellent; I got a fantastic meal for just 100 RMB. I tried the beef bowl at Tsukiji Market downstairs, but the beef had a strong ***** taste. The offal bowl had a very heavy bean paste flavor that I couldn't get used to. The market itself is mostly tourists, so it's worth a quick look around, but that's about it."

"The location is near the sensojj temple with walking distance less than 10 minutes , and 25 minutes to the skytree tower. They provide free coffee 24/7 and collection of the tooth brush and pyjamas at check in counter. The best part is free storage for luggage using electronic locks that are activated by IC card or credit card ."

"The hotel has a laundry room, which is really convenient with its all-in-one washer and dryer – no waiting in line! During my stay, I once smelled smoke during the day. It turned out to be coming from the air conditioning. I turned it off and opened the bathroom exhaust fan, and the smell dissipated. I'm not sure if it was smoke drifting from a smoking room or something else. It's great that the TV offers free channels; many other hotels I've stayed at require registration or payment to watch anything."

"Too much effort to check in. We need to do independent check in through the pad. But when we trying to check in, the virtual receptionist didn't pick our call. Waiting almost 1 hour to contact until the staff picked our call to confirm our booking. So sucks. But location is pretty good. Near from the central"

"Staying at this hotel alone was an absolutely perfect experience! While the overall space isn't huge, the clever Japanese design really shines through. The layout is incredibly well-planned, allowing plenty of room to open up two suitcases comfortably, and the storage areas are a thoughtful touch. For a solo traveler, it never felt cramped or restrictive. The cleanliness throughout the entire room was astonishing. From the bedding and tabletops to every corner of the bathroom, everything was spotless. The towels, toiletries, and other amenities were neatly arranged, and this meticulous attention to detail really put me at ease. The location couldn't be better. It's just a short walk to the tram station, making daily commutes, sightseeing, and dining out super convenient. Plus, there are three convenience stores and a drug store nearby, so you can easily grab late-night snacks, restock travel essentials, or pick up daily necessities in one go, without any detours. It's truly ideal for solo travelers. The front desk staff were also very attentive, communicating smoothly and friendly. Both check-in and check-out processes were incredibly quick. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. For a solo trip to Japan, choosing this place is a no-brainer – highly recommended!"

"ELE Hotel is such a lovely place to stay in. It's hidden in a quiet area so you don't have to worry about noisy streets at night! The room is perfect for solo travellers. I was expecting a small and tight room, however the room was so spacious that i could even fully open my luggage. From my Hotel room, I could see Tokyo skytree and it's such a treat:) I felt really safe here as a solo female traveller. The Hotel provides laundry at a charge and it was so convenient. The nearest train station is 5 mins away which is not too far. Downsides were: 1. there was no bottle water in the room 2. there was a funky smell that came from the toilet. However, taking into consideration all the amazing stuff mentioned above, I will still recommend this place to others and even stay here again when I visit tokyo next time:)"

"Really amazing hotel breakfast, for me one of the best. The room maybe is small by some standards, but other hotels i’ve stayed in in Japan had smaller rooms so i was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean! The location is great, really close to supermarkets and lively streets. We loved our stay here and would stay again! The only thing that could improve is the washing machine and dryer - not great for washing a weeks worth of clothes, also only three pairs available for the whole hotel."
