"This was my first stay here, and the only real issue was that the location is a bit far from the station. The staff were very kind. The only other minor thing was that some fellow guests were a little noisy, but nothing too bothersome. As I'm sensitive to smells, I really appreciated the air purifier and the coin laundry. The complimentary coffee and donuts in the morning were delicious. I'd like to try the cafe on the first floor next time. While some reviews have lower ratings, I think it really depends on the staff and guests present at the time."

"This hotel is quite convenient if you're planning to visit attractions in the Asakusa/Ginza area. I stayed here once before when I was traveling alone, so I chose it again this time. The hotel's location is relatively convenient, with the train station right across the street. However, if you have luggage and need to use an elevator, you'll have to walk about 200 meters. The most delightful surprise was waking up to a row of cherry blossoms right outside my window! The hotel staff were also excellent; they even walked us all the way to the laundry room. (The only minor inconvenience is that the laundry room is in a small separate building outside, and it's not a washer-dryer combo. Each time, you have to go down to the first floor and walk through a small path to get to it, which is a bit troublesome, and it gets a little dark at night…) It's very convenient that you can buy travel passes right at the hotel front desk."

"This hotel is very near to Meguro station, just walk for 2-3 minutes from the station (East exit), it's very easy to commute by JR Yamanote line or subway Mita line. There are many restaurants and convenient stores nearby the hotel, so it's very convenient. The check-in and check-out is by self service. You need to register with your passport to get the digital key number to access the door. The room is very clean and good bed, I really enjoy sleeping at night. It's very good 😊"

"Seriously, this really got to be the best hotel in terms of value. It is only 3 mins walk to subway and 2 short stops from Shinjuku. Hotel is super clean, water temperature is good, water pressure is good, aircon is working, bed is really comfortable. Not too soft. Surrounded by local eateries and 3 convenient stores within 2 mins walk. There's a supermarket, Anytime Fitness. The bathroom even comes with a small tub which is good and clean. Gotta try their curry rice and a tempura place. Room is small by American standards but its normal in Tokyo. Can stuff your things under the bed to make space. Comes with a fridge too. And safe box. Housekeeping is once every 4 days. I like that because everytime I have to Housekeeping before Housekeeping comes. So once in 4 days is perfect. They will place new towels and empty trash can outside your room everyday. You just leave the dirty ones outside your room. On top of that, there's a washing machine can dryers costs 500 yen for a wash super worth and you dont have to bring so many clothes. I will definitely consider this hotel and I cant recommend enough to all."

"A very comfortable hotel with everything you need – towels, shampoo/shower gel/conditioner, a hairdryer, and slippers. The kitchen is also fully equipped for comfortable dining and work, with dishes, a hot water dispenser, a microwave, and a refrigerator. My neighbors were quiet and friendly, and there weren't any unnecessary people around. From 11 AM to 3 PM, capsule cleaning takes place, which can be noisy if you're trying to sleep then. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with my stay!"

"Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Staff were super friendly and all amenities catered for. You don't need to bring any toiletries with you as they're all available alongside vending machines and laundry facilities (I used these and they were fantastic)! "I bought this during what wasn't the off-season, so it was quite cheap, around 90 RMB. First off, the location is absolutely fantastic – it's just a one or two-minute walk from Asakusabashi JR and metro stations, practically built right next to the subway. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The environment is relatively clean, and all the basic facilities are well-equipped. The common area on the sixth floor is very spacious. However, the hotel doesn't offer much luggage storage space. If your luggage is too big to fit under the bed, or if the space under the bed is already occupied, you'll have to store it on the first floor, which is a bit inconvenient."

The bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm; lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud. As someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, I fell asleep instantly last night, and a good chunk of my travel fatigue just melted away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the toiletries had a light, woody scent. The shower pressure was strong, and hot water came out super fast, leaving me completely relaxed after a wash. The breakfast selection also exceeded expectations – freshly cooked wontons with generous fillings, aromatic freshly ground coffee, and even the fruit was neatly cut and fresh, not like those wilted fruits that have been sitting out all day. The detail that touched me the most was when the front desk, knowing it was my birthday (I mentioned it when filling out my check-in info), sent up a small box of handmade cake and a handwritten card that evening. The handwriting was a bit crooked, but it was incredibly heartwarming. This kind of understated thoughtfulness is a hundred times more pleasant than any flashy marketing. The value for money is truly excellent, making it perfect for both business trips and a weekend city 'micro-vacation.' I've already recommended it to colleagues who frequently travel for business.
