The location is great, with easy access to public transport and close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The environment is clean. However, the bathroom drain is a bit slow, which causes a drain smell in the room.

The room was spacious, very clean and apartment style (has everything you need). The view from the room also relaxing. All satisfying. The downside is the elevator. Apparently there are a lot of hotel in this building, so need extra patience while waiting for the elevator since they only have 3. We came during concert time, est wait time during peak hours can be around 15 minutes.

Gorgeous hotel in a really convenient location, only 3 mins from the subway station and right across from the convenience store. The hotel itself was really clean and tidy. The room had a washing machine, fridge, microwave, AC, TV and private bathroom. Most everything was provided but it would be good to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and razor. The staff were also really friendly and helpful and the lobby area is pretty. I would definitely stay here again, 10/10 recommended 😊

View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

Pros: The location is excellent. It's a mere 3-minute walk to Haeundae Beach, which is incredibly close. Haeundae Blueline Park is also just 800 meters away, a pleasant stroll. E-mart is within 600 meters, and you can pick up face masks at the pharmacies along the way. The Sea Life Aquarium is right next to a food street with plenty of options, perfect for taking the kids. The airport shuttle bus also stops directly across from the hotel. Overall, the location is superb. Cons: The room is small. I wouldn't recommend it for a family of three. I was traveling alone with my child and a 20-inch suitcase, and the room felt tiny, comparable to a budget hotel like Hanting in China. The breakfast was even worse than Hanting's, making the stay quite uncomfortable. I only tried the breakfast for the experience, but I strongly advise against buying it. There's hardly anything to eat, as shown in the picture, with limited variety and slow replenishment of items. At over 100 RMB per adult, it's definitely not worth it...

Exit 12 of seomyeon metro but have 15steps of stairs challenge carrying your luggage to/from the metro exit. Surrounding is market / eatery. Not much on shopping. Underground shopping 60% is senior clothings & nearer to main station then some up trend design. Bujeon morning market difficult to find breakfast. All eatery stalls are not ready by 9am. The standard gimbap worth Q at 3000Won. Gukbap street many selections starting from 9,500won per bowl.

The hotel's location is truly fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the surrounding area is great for exploring. There are plenty of food options, a market nearby, and the beach is also very close. You can even walk to Haeundae Station from here. Strolling along the beach was incredibly relaxing. Regarding the accommodation, check-in is strictly after 3 PM; not even 2:30 PM is allowed. English communication was very good, and having a Wowpass machine in the lobby was super convenient. Breakfast was average, but they have a ramen machine, which is a plus! The dining area is small, but they manage breakfast by assigning time slots, which is great because it prevents everyone from crowding together. The room is small and can't fit two large suitcases. The desk lamp was also broken; I had to go to the lobby to ask for a replacement. From the balcony, you can catch a small glimpse of the beach, but the balcony itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, covered in dust. The general cleaning seemed quite perfunctory; there were a bunch of stickers next to the coffee table (probably left by the previous guest, who clearly lacked manners). Check-in & First Impressions: Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. Amenities & Services: While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

We stayed at the Billy Hotel for 4 nights, and it was the perfect accommodation, making our Busan exhibition and trip a huge success! Event excursions, especially when preparing for the display and sale of agricultural products, often involve a lot of luggage and can be quite tiring. However, from the moment we booked, the owner meticulously and very kindly confirmed everything from the number of guests to our preferences for heating and cooling. We were deeply impressed by their professional and warm consideration even before check-in. The moment we opened the door to our room, we were all thrilled by the simple, stylish, clean, and sophisticated interior! It was an incredibly comfortable and relaxing space, perfect for preparing for the exhibition and organizing our business negotiations for the next day. Furthermore, the hotel had implemented a state-of-the-art smart system that allowed us to intuitively control in-room facilities like air conditioning and lighting with just a smartphone app. This was surprisingly convenient and a true blessing for our tired bodies after a long day of standing. Throughout our 4-night stay, the owner not only promptly replenished consumables like towels but also provided quick and kind support on everything from access to the BEXCO venue and nearby transportation to recommendations for delicious restaurants where we could unwind after a day's work. This gave us a great sense of security while participating in business in a foreign country. The location was also excellent, making travel to BEXCO and Busan's tourist attractions very smooth, allowing us to stick to our schedule without any time loss. The warm hospitality, the latest smart facilities, and the clean and comfortable environment were all perfect. I wholeheartedly and strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning an exhibition, business trip, or sightseeing in Busan! Thank you very much!

The hotel is a bit old, but the room is spacious and faces the sea with a balcony. The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and it's easy to get a taxi right downstairs. There's also Lotte Department Store nearby, along with cafes and convenience stores.
