"I enjoy my stay in this hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk staff on the other side assisted me well even after I asked for a room change. I am not pretty sure of his name, but it was Aldrich, Aldrick? Whatever, the one who assisted me with my luggage during check-in was sooooooo nice; he silently assisted me even during the transfer. A huge thumbs up. However, the staff in the pool was quite rude; he's a bit impatient, and some of the front desk staff are lacking in unity/endorsement. I repeated myself several times to just simply assist my mother. I told them several times that she already registered as my companion, yet one of them told her that the visitor isn't allowed. Even one of them wrote something on the paper; what is it for? Yet in the end, I got disturbed in my work, and my mother even got more confused lol. Aside from that, I requested extra toiletries and coffee, but it takes an hour to arrive; in fact, it didn't arrive at all. Instead, I just approached the housekeeping in the hallway for it. The hotel was good, but the staff, especially the front desk staff, didn't pay attention to their guests' requests or instructions. Only that kind concierge/bellman that helped me during the check-in with my luggage left a good impression when it comes to the staff of this hotel."

"The hotel is located in Station 3, which makes it a little less convenient if you want to explore the restaurants and cafés around Station 1 and 2. However, their breakfast and service are what really made our stay worthwhile. The hotel is very straightforward and has smaller pools, but we didn’t mind at all because it was less crowded. They also have an elevator, which is a plus. I stayed here while I was working, and one of my favorite things was being able to sit on their beachfront chairs after breakfast, work, and enjoy the beautiful view at the same time. I think this is one of the most affordable hotels in the Mandarin group, but it definitely doesn’t feel left behind. The rooms are bigger than those at Mandarin Nest, and I personally found the breakfast much better as well. One thing they could improve in the future is the flooring or tiles, as they’re starting to look a little dated. I also loved the small thoughtful touches. They gave us good-night treats every evening, welcome drinks upon arrival, and their staple beach slippers that you can even take home. Overall, it’s less crowded and has one of the best beachfront experiences. At times, it honestly feels like you have the beachfront almost to yourself. If you prefer a quieter stay with good service, spacious rooms, great breakfast, and a relaxing beachfront atmosphere, this is a great choice. "Great location, just a leisurely 10-minute walk to the beach, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and very responsive. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was daily, and the linens were changed frequently (about 7 times in 10 days). They even wished my husband a happy birthday, which was a lovely touch. When I fell ill, they brought me ginger and honey tea. The only thing missing was a balcony."

"The hotel left a very pleasant impression. I'd like to highlight its key advantages, which made our stay comfortable and delicious. Pros (things that really impressed us): 1. Location: The hotel is in a very convenient location. What's also valuable is the peace and quiet. It's not as crowded as Station 1 or 2, but all amenities are easily accessible. 2. Room: We had a wonderful room with direct access to the pool. This is a huge plus: you can jump right in the water in the morning or sit by your mini-terrace in the evening. The room is clean and comfortable. 3. Staff: A special thank you to the hotel staff. They are very kind, conscientious, and do their job well. All requests were resolved quickly, with a smile and a genuine desire to help. You can feel their genuine care for their guests. 4. Cuisine/Breakfast: Breakfast was included in the price and was a real highlight of the morning. Very tasty, filling, and varied. But the biggest discovery was the vegetarian breakfast. It was so delicious and filling that I ordered only that for the last few days of my stay. A major drawback / Beware (personal experience): Be careful when leaving the hotel grounds. There are tour vendors (excursion vendors) standing near the hotel. Unfortunately, they're not very reliable. We encountered them actively pushing services, and then they might change the terms after the deal. I recommend either booking excursions in advance at trusted locations or ignoring the guys at the entrance to avoid ruining your mood. Bottom Line: Banana Bay Boracay is a real find. It offers the perfect balance of price, quality, peace and home comfort. The amazing staff and hearty vegetarian breakfasts made our stay almost perfect. I'd return without a second thought, but I'll be giving the vendors at the entrance a wide berth."

"I never write hotel reviews, but this is one of those times I felt compelled to. Here's my breakdown: 1. **Magnificent Villa Location.** We stayed in the largest villa, Sol, which had its own private pool. It offered the most breathtaking view of the famous White Beach. One of our guests literally teared up upon seeing the view for the first time. It's truly stunning. I honestly don't think there's a better view on the island. 2. **Comfortable and Cozy Villa.** The villa itself was very comfortable and cozy to live in. The only minor downside is that it's starting to show its age and could use a cosmetic renovation. Also, there's a slight issue with water pressure on the second floor – it's very low. But these are minor details compared to the overall experience. However, it's something to keep in mind for those who expect a perfectly pristine renovation. 3. **Lush Grounds.** The complex grounds are enveloped in greenery and flowers. The main pool is truly a little slice of paradise. 4. **Secluded Beach.** The beach you reach by descending from the villa is the second most beautiful after White Beach. And to be honest, we actually liked it even more than White Beach. 5. **Attentive Staff.** The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive, yet never intrusive. Housekeeping was excellent and done daily. Towels were changed, dishes washed – everything was perfect. We made quite a mess, so please excuse us if that was an issue. 6. **Private Beach Restaurant and Loungers.** The complex has its own restaurant and sun loungers on the beach, which is a huge rarity for Boracay since all beaches are public. This was incredibly convenient for us. You could have breakfast, relax on the loungers, and sip delicious cocktails from the bar. Special thanks to the chefs at the beach restaurant. We tried most of the menu, and all the dishes were prepared to the highest quality. Thank you. We visited many restaurants on the island, but your food was truly delicious. Thank you for making our vacation truly fantastic. We will definitely be back."

"They went beyond my expectations. I thought it was going to be like a family run inn but I was so wrong. Upon arrival, they will offer some refreshments and hand towel which is a nice touch. Room was really cute! Attic room but it didnt feel hot. Nice bed and pillows-had a good night’s sleep here. The soundproofing is non-existent however. You can hear the families on the other rooms if they are on the hallways. Also, if people are smoking in the general areas, the smoke smell can get it your room which pissed me off. Nonetheless, would come back for sure."
