"This property is a wonderful retreat for anyone looking to relax in a clean, quiet environment. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and attentive. While the location is a bit of a trek for commuters requiring a short walk or a quick trike/motorcycle ride to reach local attractions, there are excellent dining options nearby. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The door lock had a low battery, and we were unable to enter the room after returning from outside. We reported it to the lobby when we got back, but it took some time for assistance to arrive, so we had to wait in the hallway for more than 10 minutes. The internet connection was also very slow. While we were able to watch Netflix, the streaming quality was poor because of the slow speed. In addition, the TV remote barely responded. When I mentioned this to the staff member who assisted us, it worked briefly, but after watching a movie, it stopped responding again. Breakfast was supposed to be included in our package, but we were not asked about our breakfast preference during check-in. The next morning, I had to ask the reception about it, and they told us they had forgotten to take our order. They then took our order on the spot, which was already sometime past 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, it still took more than an hour for the food to be served. For a simple meal of corned beef, scrambled eggs, and rice, breakfast was served at 10:18 AM. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects of service in the future. It would also help to check facility equipment, such as door lock batteries, before assigning rooms to guests, as issues like this can cause unnecessary inconvenience."

"Positives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap. There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel. The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time. Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options. Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities."

"Very clean and it felt like home. Sabi pa nga ng anak ko ay ”We're home!” Good water pressure sa cr and madali imanage ang heater. May water heater din na nagamit namin para sa milk ng bebe. Plus points sa access thru Bo's coffee, nasa side kasi ang main entrance, ayaw ko lumakad na may kasalubong na cars lalo na may kids na kasama. Ang saya din ng kids sa swimming pool with view of the Villar land, sobrang hangin lang sa taas kaya nanginig sa lamig yung 2y.o. pero sobrang enjoy ng 8y.o. and he was able to play with the other kids. Less hassle pa kung may mga kailangan bilhin dahil sa dami ng stores outside the building, puro nga kami kain. We recommend Tinatangi Cafe nearb, sa Salawag, kung may car, pero pwede din naman siguro tricycle na lang. Very good wifi connection din sa room and the tv kasi naiwan naka log in ang yt premium account ng last guest siguro na nagstay doon. Very much recommended din kung may mga bisita kayo, naisip ko talaga ito para sa relatives namin kung bibisita sila, cause we also live around the area."

"Everything is good. One ride from SM Bacoor, tatawid ka lang. Didn't expect that they got their own Netflix account free to be used unlike sa Iba na ikaw ang need mag login. Other things were working fine. It's just the bathroom shower Lang sa room namin, di buo ung water na nalabas. Nasa isang side lang sya. But still working Kaya walang problema samin. Didn't expect din Na malakinang standard room. Babalik kami dito. 💓"

Suggestion: toilet was clean but somewhat stinks. Please change the 3 emptied air fresheners and provide roll tissues at least 5 rolls good for 5 days. Thank you"

"At first i was disappointed because it's a long walk from the parking area to the room assigned to us plus the steps that you need to walk through. Then i realized i needed to walk and release some sweat. The hotel's facade is quiete tricky. It looks small but when you enter it's big. The swimming pool is very clean the staff spent a long time cleaning the area. There's a safe and cute hanging bridge and the spa and jacuzzi are also available. The staff are very accomodating. Their patience is remarkable. Thank you for your kindness. God bless you all. If i'll get the chance i will surely coming back."

GGuest UserHello, I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation. We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for. From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday. Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building. As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10 Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical. Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones. Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

EEyprilWe had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly. Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend   to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward.

LLARAINE KYNA CHANOne of the best I've stayed at so far in Tagaytay. Their amenities are kid- and family-friendly, plus the cleanliness of their rooms and bathrooms are superb. They have a perfect location as well. I would also like to give credit to their staff for being warm and accommodating. I will surely come back and stay with them again.

GGuest UserI've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel. I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Quest Hotel Tagaytay, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother. We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient. The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available. The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance. For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly. Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.

GGuest UserLee Botique Hotel is well placed if you arent really going around Tagaytay. Is is accessible to the main road, and you have the option of going through CALAX or Sta. Rosa Tagaytay Road. And it is literally across the road from Concordias. We booked a suite. It was spacious, with a rustic cozy feel. The downsides to it is that the suite could use more sound proofing as you can hear the vehicles along the road from the bed. It also appears that there is a need to improve their balcony door, as strong winds tend to cause it to slam, which is not good for sleep. Also, the electronic lock on the appears to be malfunctioning during our stay. Thus, we had to get assisted whenever we returned in order to get the room opened. Finally, the property wifi leaves much to be desired as disconnection and slow speeds are common. The property has heated water for baths and its own parking space.

It’s a must try. And they didn’t mention that the place gets romantic at night!!! This is perfect for couples who wants to unwind in a peaceful, romantic with a great scenery. Forgot to take pic but they also have the best sunset 🌅 I love everything about this place, we’ll definitely come back 🥰

Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
