"The road to the hotel is quite scenic, though you need to be careful in some spots. And the views!!! Wow!!! There's a free boat service from the hotel, but the walk was truly impressive, an absolute pleasure. It's quiet, apart from the cicadas, and be careful – monkeys visit the balcony. The room is very cozy. There are pajamas, toothbrushes and toothpaste, face cream, a hairdryer, tea and coffee, a mini-bar (chargeable), and two complimentary bottles of water. Long Beach is not far to walk to. Breakfasts in the morning are good, with plenty of food."

"The hotel was lovely, the view from my room was stunning ! Very dreamy !! a bit of a walk to the main area but still quite doable. The pool access was wonderful. Cons: The bed wasn’t quite comfortable and the walls are bit too thin. The staff that was stationed in the evening was quite rude to us."

"Check in was a breeze with luggage handlers helping carry your luggage from the pier to the hotel. The reception girls are really lovely and helpful with whatever request you might have(like booking boats to your next destination), just remember to say please and thank you(kohp khun ka/krap). The hotel is the last one on the pier side bay, therefore is really quiet, even now in high season. The down low is that you have to walk 20minutes to restaurants and bars on 30+ degree heat + high humity,so expect to arrive sweating both ways. The hotel itself is probably 40/50 years old and seems that never been renovated, the inside of the rooms need freshing up,paint etc...an overall renovation of the whole building. Although the rooms were clean, aircon was good and our room with the pool access(1 of 3) had great views from the bay. Pool was also clean and it was at a good temperature. If you are here for just a couple of days it is fine. Breakfast is basic but they have an egg station, so you can order your eggs however you prefer. And the black coffee was great too(better than other hotels we stayed in Bangkok/Krabi). The hotel staff were very kind to supply my wife with Flying Rabbit(a local thai version of gaviscon/diarrhoea medicine) which helped a mild food poisoning combined with charcoal tablets. Moreover, the hotel has a little private beach with sun lounges at the very end of the bay, perfect for chilling when you don't have any boat trips booked for the morning. Be aware that it becomes shady after around 3pm because its so close to the mountain. Also there were monkeys signs on your doors to keep them lock to prevent curious monkeys of rummaging through your stuff but we haven't seen any during our 3 night stay. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not unless completely renovated:, too far from the restaurants and bars and very old/tired. Make sure you use some walking shoes when going out because you definitely gonna hit that 10000 steps mark."

"The staff waited for me at pier and after checking out kept my suitcase until departure time. The room was nice amd simple, with a new furniture and all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable with quality bedding. The location was good as well.I expected to be noisy,but it wasn't at all. Although everything was good, the strong smell of mold in the room overshadowed my overall experience. I could also see mold on the top tiles in the bathroom and walls, as the room is not well ventilated. It may be better to book a room on a higher floor!"

"My wife and I booked Phi Phi the beach resort for four days but wished we had booked it for much longer it was the perfect vacation spot we didn’t want to leave, we tried to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us, everything was perfect, the view from our cabin was amazing, breakfast was great and dinner was delicious , the beach was lovely and the ocean was crystal clear, the reception was very pleasant and helpful and the waiters and waitresses were friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this resort and differently will be visiting again, thanks for an amazing experience Phi Phi the beach resort."
