An iron and an ironing board are also available. This property is great for mid-term stays! All our properties are cleaned using natural products with no harsh chemicals.There is no on-street parking as it is a violation of HOA rules. If you need more parking, we can arrange for an extra spot at the clubhouse. We have only one space for a vehicle. If you need additional space, you can request short-term parking ahead of your stay at our clubhouse down the street.Early Check-in: Guests can request early check-in starting at 1 PM ET, which is three hours before our standard 4 PM check-in. Come sit on the front porch swing and relax!-No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.-Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the max guest count at any one time. -Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.-Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 6 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 6 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.-Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.-Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.-Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee. *An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details.
