This Texas-style home is located on 5 acres on a hillside with beautiful Davis Mountain views. The location is outstanding. Just 8 min to Davis Mountain State Park, 20 min to McDonald Observatory & 15 min to downtown Ft. Davis. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, knives, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and gas stove. There are three bedrooms in this home. One is a spacious master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a sitting room that has a gas fireplace. The other two bedrooms have double beds and are themed: "cowboy bedroom" and "Native American bedroom." All bedrooms contain premium bedding. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms and are quite nice. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the master bathroom contains a Greek soaking tub. If you need to combine work and play, no problem. There is an office and free Wi-Fi. Feel free to bring your own ether cable to plug right into the modem, if desired. The living room is furnished with red leather furniture, a coffee table, cow hide rug, gas fire place and a 55" Visio television. The dining table seats 6 people. A small bar area seats 2 additional people. The kitchen, dining and living areas are open concept. The views from every window in this house are beautiful. The porch is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy morning coffee while watching for deer or for sipping a glass of wine in the evening while star gazing. Deer often visit the property early in the morning and near dusk. Also, there is a utility room with a large size washer and dryer.
