"Overall verdict: Highly, highly recommended! We arrived close to 7:30 PM, as it was dark and difficult to drive. We missed the night rainforest tour and it was shift change for the front desk, so no one answered the phone. Our GPS led us to a parking lot but we couldn't find the hotel. Frustrated, I contacted the travel agency's customer service. Later, after understanding the situation and experiencing the stay, I would recommend it even more! 1. Upon arrival, I couldn't reach the front desk. A park security guard came to help me contact them and explained that the hotel needed to pick us up, and that it was quite a long trip down the mountain. The security guard chatted with us and later even helped with our luggage – he was fantastic! The driver who picked us up helped load our bags and then bowed to welcome us. I felt a bit embarrassed, as this country bumpkin had never received such treatment before! 2. The driver mentioned he rushed to pick us up in a sightseeing buggy, and that he could have used a business car but there wasn't time to switch, as we had also contacted customer service to expedite our pickup. If you're traveling with children, it's best to ask them to switch cars. My baby had just woken up, so I quickly put a hat on him – it was windy going up the mountain at night, so luckily he didn't catch a cold. 3. There was only one young lady at the hotel's night front desk. She came out to meet us upon arrival and helped carry our belongings upstairs. She also contacted the manager and a guide to arrange a special night rainforest tour for us. This activity is highly recommended! You'll see many animals you wouldn't see during the day, like frogs, lingzhi crabs, leopard geckos, and fish in the mountain spring. The guide also explained about the plants – it was really worth it!!! Much better than just wandering around and looking at the scenery during the day!!! Ladies, don't miss this if you come! 4. The travel agency provided welcome fruit, and my little one loved the bananas. Our suite was incredibly spacious, taking up an entire floor. This country bumpkin hasn't stayed in many fancy hotels, but I thought the hygiene was excellent; I didn't get itchy while sleeping. The hairdryer was a Laifen, and there were disposable toilet seat covers and bath covers. There were no bugs in the room either, which was great. 5. The hotel has a fish spa and a heated pool. I didn't see anyone in the main pool, but foreigners were using the heated pool at night. It was my first time smelling the scent of night-blooming jasmine upon entering the hotel. I initially thought the hotel had sprayed something, but it was a natural fragrance! It was very faint during the day, but incredibly strong on the way back to the room at night. 6. The hotel front desk was responsive to everything. Breakfast was also decent; at one point, the kitchen burned the chicken sausages, and the staff noticed and specifically told them to remove them. However, my request to pack some fruit for the baby was declined. 7. During the day, if you want to go down the mountain, they'll pick you up and drop you off quite quickly. Of course, the driver wasn't as enthusiastic as the one at night. We rested until check-out, stored our luggage, then wandered around and played. Afterwards, we rested and charged our devices in the hotel pavilion, asking for hot water to make formula for the baby, while waiting for the car to take us down the mountain. If you come, sisters, you can ask the hotel for bottled water to take with you – drinks in the park are so expensive! A classic popsicle was 6 yuan, my goodness. The front desk even gave us little woven dragonflies, so cute! My only regret is that we should have arrived earlier to enjoy the hotel more. You could consider a deeper exploration of the park; the map shows how huge it is! Get to bed early and then explore the animal area in the morning when there are fewer people. Later in the afternoon, there were so many Russian tour groups and student groups – just too many people!!!"

"I'd wanted to visit this guesthouse since it opened last year, but never had the chance. This trip finally brought me here. Having experienced all the hotels in Qixianling over the years, I can confidently say that this guesthouse, despite having only seven rooms, clearly reflects the owner's dedication. It's absolutely fantastic! 👍 Let me start with the environment: the room boasts a 270-degree mountain view – and I mean a full 270 degrees! I wouldn't accept less than that. Lying in bed, you can directly gaze at the misty Qixianling. And the lush greenery, washed clean by the rain, is so soothing. The room's furnishings have a distinct local ethnic style. The bedding is very comfortable; if possible, latex pillows would be even better. Because it's a new hotel, the curtains and sheer curtains are exceptionally clean – another thumbs up! 👍 I don't know the brand of the bathroom toiletries, but they're clearly from a reputable brand, showing that they've invested in quality and attention to detail. The coasters on the vanity, the toiletries box, and even the trash can in the room were all made of walnut wood (I'm not sure if it's real walnut, but the color is walnut [laughing]). The hairdryer was a Dyson. The room's private hot spring bath was very clean and huge. Qixianling is a hot spring area, so this should be a genuine hot spring. Although I haven't stayed at Aman Resorts, I've seen it online, and I feel the environment here is comparable to Aman (hahahaha). I personally really like it. Regarding the service: From the moment we arrived at the parking lot, staff greeted us. During check-in, the receptionist was smiling and gentle throughout, and you could tell she was trained to high-end hotel standards. They upgraded us to the best room type in the guesthouse—room 303, with a 270-degree view. To my utter surprise, when we were getting ready to soak in the hot springs that evening, the staff brought us two huge tubs of traditional Chinese medicine bath water (literally two huge tubs, so thoughtful!). Breakfast this morning was delivered to our room; the selection wasn't extensive, but it was very refined, with soup, noodles, eggs, and fruit (actually, it was enough; we were quite full. Too much fancy food wouldn't have appealed to us). At lunchtime, when we checked out, a young man named Chen at the front desk ground coffee for us and even escorted us to the parking lot. It was truly a wonderful surprise. My eldest child has said ”This is so beautiful!” at least 30 times in the 24 hours since we arrived. Okay, that's all for now. See you next time!"

"The bungalow was fantastic! We booked it specifically for our trip to Yanoda Park. The service was excellent. The taxi took us to the wrong hotel, but the owner himself came and picked us up. We were given a choice of rooms, as there were different pools available for our price, and we chose the one with a long one. The room itself is surrounded by greenery, giving us a complete jungle feel. It feels like an Indiana Jones movie. We also got free transportation to and from Yanoda Park. They were always in touch with us, bringing us everything we needed, and helping us out. I recommend the hotel; we were completely satisfied with everything. "The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was reasonably clean; not particularly new, but not old either. The hot springs and swimming pool seemed to be its main attractions, but I arrived late and didn't get to experience them. The hotel lacked a laundry room, which was inconvenient given the abundance of water sports facilities in Baoting. I chose it because it was the closest decent hotel in Baoting County to Yanoda (excluding hotels within Yanoda itself). Another thing to mention is that the hotel is located in a relatively isolated suburban area, resulting in a large number of very virulent mosquitoes in the parking lot. The hotel also charged a deposit of 300 yuan (or maybe 200 yuan), which is unusual these days. This negatively impacted the experience, as there were no valuables in the rooms, making them vulnerable to vandalism or theft. Using a deposit to restrain ordinary travelers, rather than those with ulterior motives, was inconvenient. However, the deposit refund was quick and efficient. Overall, if you plan to visit Baoting, I recommend staying in Sanya. It's not worth the hassle of staying in Baoting; aside from Shenyu Island, there aren't many other suitable options."

"One thing to say, although the overall situation is a bit old and there are not many types of breakfast, the advantage is that the environment is really good. I didn't feel it when I arrived at noon. I got up the next morning and had breakfast in the restaurant. The air was very good and I could see Qixianling. , rabbits, peacocks, and free-range chickens are not afraid of people. The children are very happy to see them. It felt like the Bird's Nest swimming pool was just like that, the water was too hot, but I had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. The soaking pool in the room is also very good. After taking a dip at night, take a dip again the next morning. It is very comfortable. Although the hotel is in the rain forest, there are not many mosquitoes, which is really rare! The attitude of the staff is also very enthusiastic. The experience is still very good!"

"It is a B&B opened in the village. It was supposed to be very beautiful when it first opened, but I feel that it was not well used and maintained in the later period. The edge of the swimming pool is a bit dirty, and the landscape facing the rice fields is full of weeds. There are... Some furniture is peeling and damaged. It can be repaired and the experience will be better. This is not a bad review, but a suggestion. If the details can be optimized, I think it will be a good place for leisure and entertainment.
