"The whole experience was okay except for the restaurant service. Facilities: The Ctrip booking showed that there is a swimming pool, but when I went there, I was told that it was not open. Service: I checked in in the afternoon and reported the problem when I found it. A manager took us to two rooms and asked for an upgrade. We were two adults and two children. They showed us a double bed room, which was not sincere at all. Although it was a suite, it was Just a bed. There was simply no change, no sincerity at all, and no intention to solve the problem. At night, right outside our floor is the doorway to the hotel's air conditioner, which is so loud that I can't sleep at all. I had no choice but to go to the front desk at 1 o'clock in the night. There was no room. I kept struggling. My best friend slept alone in a room they arranged that said there would be no noise, but it was not the case. Still noisy. We asked for a solution the next day, but there was no reply. They showed us other rooms, which were still the same room type and in the same row as the air outlet.
