"Facilities: It's a new Atour hotel, and the bed was very comfortable. However, they surprisingly didn't provide conditioner and body lotion, which you have to buy yourself, which is a bit disappointing. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Environment: Acceptable. The breakfast was also quite good. Service: It was a mixed bag. We were traveling with a child and initially requested a bed rail. However, upon check-in, they said they didn't have any. Then they suggested pushing the bed against the wall, but found it couldn't be moved. Finally, they swapped us to two single beds pushed together. The staff were enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile, but it would have been better if this could have been confirmed in advance."

"My first stop in Northern Xinjiang this New Year was the long-awaited Snow Lotus Hotel. Due to renovations in the VIP building, I stayed in the Welcome Building this time. To my surprise, the room was larger than expected, with new facilities and incredibly warm underfloor heating – so warm that I had to open the windows for ventilation at night. Overall, a nice experience. I was particularly impressed by the half-price Snow Lotus coffee at the first-floor café; it was absolutely delicious."

"This stay was perfect, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I lay down and relieved my fatigue. The only minor drawback was a noticeable odor in the room when first opened, possibly due to the cold winter weather and infrequent ventilation. However, after airing out the room with the door and windows open for a while, the smell largely dissipated and didn't significantly affect the rest of our stay. The hotel's amenities are also quite comprehensive. There's a large dining area right next door, making meals very convenient, and ample parking space for those traveling by car. Breakfast is served at reasonable hours and offers a good variety, meeting daily needs. Overall, this is a hotel with good facilities, convenient amenities, and a generally pleasant experience. When checking in to this hotel, the security guard at the door took the initiative to open the door and greet us. The handsome receptionist Wang Rui at the front desk was quick and friendly. He also upgraded our room. I was so happy. The security guard helped me take my luggage to the elevator. The guest room was really clean and upscale. The smart toilet was great. The bath water was great. The water temperature was right and the water flowed smoothly. It was a five-star rating. It was a really happy day. I will come again next time and stay in this hotel again.

This is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in during business trips. I can hear loud conversations from next door at night, not to mention the noise in the hallway. In the mornings, I encounter people who get up early and start playing music—which I can listen to for free. The breakfast selection is average: five hot dishes, one fried rice, some porridge, cold dishes, and pickles, but lacking noodles or soup. The problem is that a woman with long hair was seen eating in my breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the hotel. We didn't expect such good overall service and facilities. They proactively upgraded our room and included breakfast, and even gave us ice cream – very generous of them! The location isn't far from the starting point of the Duku Highway, but there aren't many food options within walking distance. It seems to be a popular choice for many tour groups, which suggests it offers great value for money and a relatively consistent experience. However, I did notice during my shower that the water pressure from the faucet wasn't great. Hopefully, they can improve that. The hotel's breakfast was delicious! I had two bowls of freshly made noodles. Paired with the toppings and a fried egg, it was absolutely fantastic.

The scenery along the way is beautiful but it also makes people tired. I came to Karamay City to stay at the hotel. Fortunately, I didn’t feel some bad reviews. I personally feel that the stay experience is good. The room is clean, spacious and bright. It is a laundry dryer. There is a shoe, but the weather is dry here. You can dry the clothes all night and dry them directly. The check-in service at the front desk is also very good, especially the little girl Xiaosha is very good, gentle and careful. Like 👍

The room was very nice. The soundproofing was a bit poor; the sound of the door opening and closing was quite noticeable. Light sleepers can request a suite. I booked a room with a private hot spring. The water was changed after each guest, which was reassuring. There's a ski resort nearby, very convenient for skiers. Night skiing ends at 11 PM. It's currently February 2026, considered off-season, and breakfast was delivered to the room. The Dushanzi Grand Canyon is nearby, suitable for families with children. We tried all the activities, and none were too thrilling, so you can enjoy them without worry.

We are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉
