"The room is quite spacious and has underfloor heating. The courtyard is also very pretty, it would be even more comfortable to visit in the summer. The breakfast, however, was pretty average; I'd suggest the owner improve the variety of the breakfast options, as it really wasn't good. The staff's service attitude was decent, but even though the KTV was listed as free, we didn't get to use it. I'd also recommend more thorough linen changes; there was a hair on the bed when we checked in. Despite these issues, and not wanting to be too critical, I'll still give a good review."

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment was clean and elegant, and the lobby was tidy and grand. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests, providing thoughtful service. The room was spacious with good lighting and ventilation. Facilities were complete and well-maintained, with stable air conditioning and hot water. The bedding was clean and odorless, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The surrounding area had excellent amenities, making shopping and getting taxis convenient. Overall, the value for money was great; I couldn't find any faults with the hygiene, service, or environment. It made my trip very comfortable, and I highly recommend it to everyone."

"The room was great, with complete facilities, everything you could need. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and there was even a small shop. The hotel also has a restaurant for dinner, which was delicious and had a warm atmosphere. I just randomly booked this hotel in a scenic area, and I was really surprised by the quality and facilities. The hygiene was excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff were all enthusiastic, thoughtful, and friendly. I rarely leave reviews when I stay at hotels, but this one truly deserves a huge thumbs up!"

"The most delightful surprise of my trip to Bipenggou was definitely this Shiguang Hot Spring Hotel! After a full day of hiking in the mountains, coming back to the hotel and soaking in the warm hot springs was incredibly therapeutic. The hotel's garden landscaping has a wonderful Zen feel to it; waking up early and strolling through the courtyard, the air was as fresh as if it had been washed, and the distant snow-capped mountains were perfectly clear. The room was clean and tidy, and amenities like underfloor heating, air conditioning, and floor-to-ceiling windows were all very thoughtful, making for a truly comfortable stay. The staff were also very enthusiastic, handling check-in quickly and kindly reminding us about the next day's weather and sightseeing tips. This slow-paced experience, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, is truly perfect for relaxing in Bipenggou. Highly recommended!"

"I brought my kids to western Sichuan to see the snow during the winter break. After a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one and it didn't disappoint! As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage – super thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, done in just 2 minutes, making the whole process comfortable and hassle-free. We had dinner directly at the hotel, and the yak meat truly amazed me. I heard the owner's wife personally selects authentic yak meat from the market; the meat was tender and incredibly flavorful. Later in the evening, we enjoyed a soak in the hot spring; the water temperature was perfect, washing away all the tiredness from a day of traveling. It's incredibly refreshing to find such a hassle-free and comfortable place when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!"

"The guesthouse is a 5-minute drive from the scenic area, which is very convenient. We arrived in the evening, and the heating was already on, waiting for us! The courtyard is very charming and comfortable, just like home. There's a fireplace in the living room that we can use for cooking, which is a lot of fun. The aunt who greeted us was very warm and attentive, constantly asking if we needed anything and feeding us non-stop 🤣 She made us a big breakfast in the morning and even gave us a small gift when we left 🎁 Thank you for your service, aunt! Five-star review."

There's plenty to do nearby, with Nam Lake Scenic Spot Guide Map, Dragon King Lake and Bipenggou Namu Lake Forest Warm Pool Hot Spring all within a short distance. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Li County hotel offers parking on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"The hotel is located right inside the scenic area. We checked in at the entrance of the scenic area and then took a shuttle, which took about 20 minutes to reach the hotel up the mountain. The hotel environment is truly excellent, with snow-capped mountains visible not far away. The heating in our original king room had an issue, but the hotel promptly upgraded our room, which was fantastic service. Breakfast is served until 10 AM. We had stayed at the foot of the mountain the night before, so we checked in early and even had breakfast at the Western restaurant after checking in. The hotel is at an altitude of 3000 meters, so mild altitude sickness might occur. Make sure to bring enough oxygen, as oxygen tanks are very expensive in the scenic area."

"The private hot spring tub in the hotel room had a bit of hair left in it, which wasn't cleaned, but everything else was spotless. There's also underfloor heating in the room. The staff were all very polite and helped with luggage as soon as I arrived. The hotel also has a restaurant; I ordered dinner, and they even delivered it to my room. After finishing, I messaged their WeChat customer service, and they came to clear everything away. The food was delicious too. The view outside the hotel is amazing! It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. 👍"
