The hotel deserves high praise! We stayed at several hotels during the National Day holiday, and this one was by far the best. Even my child said they wanted to come back next time when we left. We arrived quite late, and two front desk staff members came out to greet us, helped with our luggage, and offered us tea and even a tremella soup. They had prepared toothbrushes and slippers for the child in advance and even provided an extra set of children's toiletries. The breakfast selection was also very rich, with *******, Chinese, and Western options, all exquisitely prepared and delicious. There were also complimentary snacks from Sam's Club in the lobby, which clearly shows the owner's thoughtfulness. They also offered special traditional clothing for guests to wear, perfect for taking great photos around the hotel. What was even more child-friendly was the ability to pick vegetables on-site! Overall, the experience was excellent, and we will definitely be staying here again.

For our two-day trip to Lixian, we chose to stay at Xiangjiagazong Luxury Scenic Resort, drawn by its stunning scenery and numerous positive reviews. To start with, my conclusion is: while the hardware (facilities) is indeed excellent, the soft services don't quite match the price. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain; you need to take a detour from the main road to reach it, so driving is more convenient. It provides two small parking areas and EV charging stations. Both the views and room facilities are exactly as advertised: clean, tidy, high-quality, and clearly designed with great thought and expense. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the lush mountains, and the morning mist creates a truly breathtaking scene. Breakfast was generous, served à la carte (not buffet-style) directly by staff, which was a pleasant experience. However, the service left much to be desired. On arrival day, I contacted the front desk for luggage assistance, but after a long wait, no one showed up, so I had to carry my bags uphill myself. During check-in, there was no dedicated staff member; an auntie who also handles cleaning duties processed our check-in. The so-called ”butler” service wasn't via WeChat but a regular phone call, and their explanation of nearby walkable attractions was unclear, which was a bit awkward. On the first night, I felt a bit unwell and contacted the butler for cold medicine or altitude sickness medication. Unfortunately, these were not readily available, and we had to purchase an oxygen tank at our own expense. The ”Xiaodu” voice assistant in the room seemed smart but didn't genuinely integrate with the room facilities. The scenic cafe on the 4th floor had beautiful views, but on both occasions we went up, there were no staff, just an empty room. We didn't encounter the ”warm and hospitable owner” mentioned in many reviews; the owner never appeared throughout our stay, and there was a noticeable lack of a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the hotel's hardware and scenery are indeed impeccable, making it a great place for photos and relaxation. However, the service experience and attention to detail fell short. The price, several times higher than neighboring hotels, didn't reflect a corresponding value in service. If you're coming purely for the scenery, it's worth a try, but if you're seeking a high-quality, comprehensive experience, you might be slightly disappointed.

The facilities are very new, and there are four rooms, and the navigation is very convenient to reach. There are disposable bath towels available. It is worthy of praise for the housekeeper's little sister. We arrived very late. We gave us a fireplace as soon as we arrived, and we turned on the floor heating. Due to sudden lightning thunder and thunder, the circuit was cut, but the circuit was repaired soon, and the cooking aunt, who was diligent and kind, kept asking if we were full. Thank you for your warm care ～ Give the boss a small comment, can the faucet be replaced with a shorter one, it is very inconvenient to wash your face ～

This guesthouse was lovely, we stayed for two days and both my child and grandmother didn't want to leave. The hotel itself has a beautiful design, and my grandmother loved taking photos, with the staff even helping her. There's a cat named Yuanbao at the rooftop bar, which my child adored. The guesthouse also offers laundry service, so you can self-service wash and dry clothes daily. In comparison, perhaps because we had just visited Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, and later went to Mount Siguniang, Bipenggou nearby didn't leave as strong an impression. It felt more suitable to just relax at the hotel, enjoy the hot springs, have some drinks, and chat – a perfect vacation.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the Bipenggou Scenic Area. Traveling by car is extremely convenient, and there is free parking on-site. Nestled against the mountains and alongside a stream, the environment is serene and quiet. You can enjoy beautiful mountain and forest views right outside your window. The rooms are spacious, clean, and meticulously maintained. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the room features smart home automation, making for a hassle-free stay. The facilities include hot spring pools and a heated indoor swimming pool. Soaking in the hot springs after a day of exploring to relieve the fatigue of hiking is just wonderful. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and quick to respond. They thoughtfully provide tips and precautions for traveling in high-altitude areas, and the breakfast is delicious. Whether you're on a road trip, a family vacation, or traveling with a group, this place is a perfect fit. I will definitely choose Lanyuexi again next time I visit Bipenggou, highly recommended!

The room was spacious and the location was excellent. Every evening, there was a Guozhuang dance performance right outside the hotel. The front desk receptionist, Drolma, was beautiful and kind, and her responses were incredibly prompt. Next time I'm in Lixian, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The hotel is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area, making transportation very convenient. It also has an underground parking lot. The owner was exceptionally warm and hospitable. Seeing that we had a large group, they specifically upgraded our room. The room was very clean, and breakfast was quite plentiful. The best part is that the owner thoughtfully asked if we had already had breakfast and if we wanted anything packed to go.

Surrounded by mountains and rivers, the hot springs are comfortable, the room is clean, and the service is warm and attentive. It's the perfect place to unwind and definitely worth revisiting. A special shout-out to Front Desk Agent Xiao Wang for her enthusiastic and excellent service! The breakfast was delicious too!

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, the room has everything you need, and the water pressure is really strong, perfect for a comfortable shower. Cleanliness: It's clean and hygienic, everything is good. Environment: The surrounding area is a campsite where children can have a lot of fun. Many people also camp overnight there, and there's a restaurant. Service: The restaurant management seemed a bit chaotic; we waited an hour and our food still hadn't arrived. The campsite also had a bonfire party, which was very lively.

The facilities are quite complete. The wooden cabins are surrounded by a riot of wildflowers and lush greenery in summer, so the natural setting is absolutely stunning. However, very few of the outdoor hot spring pools were open, and aside from the rooftop infinity pool, only a handful of indoor pools were available. So, the hot spring experience in summer was just so-so. We stayed in a 'Flower Field Cabin,' which felt a bit damp, and a quick glance at the bathroom showed some mold... If you're a clean freak, it's best not to look too closely. But considering we're in the mountains, you can't really complain about these conditions. The breakfast was quite rich, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was pretty good.
