The room facilities were excellent, and they even thoughtfully provided disposable bath towels and bath bags! The soundproofing was fantastic too, no noise at all, very quiet. Plus, there's a hotel shuttle service and help with luggage. Overall, it was just perfect! If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here."

"The projection screen was huge. We were two families who booked a mahjong room and a family room. We wanted to be next to each other, so after explaining our situation to the front desk lady, she upgraded one of our rooms to a family room for the kids.
