"The environment here is great, and I really enjoyed my stay. When we checked out, the staff even gave us some small gifts. When we first checked in, there was plum juice available at the front desk, which I thought was a really nice touch, especially after driving all day. The room facilities are also excellent, and the location is very convenient for getting around, with attractions nearby. Plus, Pang Dong Lai is just diagonally opposite, which is fantastic."

"The hotel is right next to Angel City, and if you turn left upon exiting, you'll find the main entrance. Shopping is super convenient. There was a bit of noise when I first checked into the room in the afternoon, but it quieted down after 9:30 PM, so it didn't affect my sleep. The front desk staff was warm and polite, and they even gave me a thoughtful little gift (a notebook) when I checked out. Plus, I could use my membership benefits for a late check-out – highly recommend! 👍"

"Clean and hygienic, great value for money. The room was small but cozy and tidy, with a full set of good quality toiletries. The breakfast was quite substantial too. The service attitude was excellent. They even gave us two bottles of yogurt upon check-in, and surprisingly, they offer multiple services including free car washing! It's the first time I've seen free car washing, very impressed 👍 Parking was also easy with plenty of spaces, and a security guard helped us with our luggage 🧳"

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. "We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and the location is excellent and very convenient, with many shops just a short walk away. The staff service was wonderful, especially the room service staff, “鸽姐”Her ever-smiling face made us feel truly at home. Every day when we returned to our room, we would find two hot drinks on the table along with a small handwritten note. Sometimes, she would even leave a message to let me know that she had helped wash my socks after noticing them on the floor. These thoughtful gestures really touched me and made me feel warm and cared for. Another staff member, Mr. Wang Shuaiju (王帅举), welcomed us when we first arrived and also saw us off when we left. He was friendly and attentive, even reminding us to grab a hot drink before heading back to our room. Overall, I felt very pleased and grateful for the excellent service throughout our stay."

"The hotel's location is a huge plus – right across from Angel City, making shopping, dining, and buying things incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also great; check-in was quick, and the staff were enthusiastic and polite. They even proactively informed us about important check-in details, which felt very thorough. Check-out was smooth as well, no delays. The room itself was better than expected; it was very clean, and the amenities were quite complete. What pleasantly surprised me was that the overall facilities were much better than many hotels in the same price range. It didn't feel like I was settling; instead, it was quite comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, with its convenient location, comfortable service, and good room experience, it offers really great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area for shopping or business."

"The room was clean, the Atour bedding was comfortable, especially the pillows, the service was good, and check-in was quick. Surprisingly, there was no smell despite the renovations in 2025. It's very close to Pang Donglai Cao Wei Ancient City, a great location for exploring the ancient city. Free bottled water was available in the laundry room and public areas, and there were notes and books in the room, reflecting the service philosophy and attention to detail. They even gave us small gifts like a red moxibustion hammer when we checked out. Perhaps influenced by Pang Donglai, everyone we met in this city, from young to old, was very warm and welcoming, always smiling. A place worth visiting again."

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Yuzhou exceeded all expectations, earning a definite thumbs-up! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the lobby is spotless and impressive. Check-in was quick and efficient thanks to the friendly and attentive front desk staff. My room was bright and clean with a sensible layout. The bedding was comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, consistent hot water, and quality toiletries. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet and peaceful night. The amenities are top-notch: a wide variety of delicious breakfast options, and a practical, thoughtful gym and laundry room. The hygiene was impeccable, with no strange smells or overlooked corners, making for a worry-free stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yuzhou – highly recommended!

From Qingdao to Zhangjiajie, we stopped in Xuchang on the way back. We got off the highway at 9pm. The hotel is not far from the highway. It looks very grand from the outside. The lobby is also very gorgeous and well decorated. We booked a standard room. Because we brought children with us, we asked in advance if we could help put the beds together. The cups and towels in the room were all plastic-sealed, which was great. There were disposable toilet mats and wet wipes. We hadn't had dinner when we arrived, so the front desk gave us two bags of food, bread, yogurt, and children's washing supplies. After playing for several days, this hotel has the best breakfast, with many varieties, as well as spicy soup and tofu brain. It's a pity that there are too many. I had diarrhea in the morning and didn't dare to eat too much, so I drank a bowl of millet porridge. 😭 I feel particularly at a loss. I'll come back to eat there if I have a chance. There is a fast charger in the hotel parking lot, but I didn't understand how to use it. It's very new. I gave a small bracelet when I left. The service staff are enthusiastic and all smiles. Recommended to stay.

Where to start? What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

This is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here.
