This was my first time in Macau, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel – I'm really satisfied. First off, the location is excellent; it's a bustling area, and right downstairs there's a free shuttle pick-up point for the Venetian. The iconic Grand Lisboa hotel is also just a five or six-minute walk away. The room was much bigger than I expected, and it was fully equipped with everything I needed. The front desk staff and the luggage storage attendants in the lobby were all very friendly and polite. If I ever get the chance to visit Macau again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The front desk upgraded my room type, and the lobby staff were very polite. I arrived in the morning and they actively helped me confirm my reservation even though I hadn't received a confirmation yet. Since my two-night stay was split into two separate bookings, the second night couldn't be confirmed until the next morning. However, the first staff member I spoke with had already noted my two-night stay, making the check-in process very smooth. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed. I basically stay at this hotel every time I visit Macau.

They found out it was my husband's birthday and specially decorated the room, even upgrading our room type – that was incredibly thoughtful! Everything else was great, and with a bus stop right downstairs, getting around was super convenient. If I had one minor complaint, it would be about the Fuguilou (Rich Tower) building – perhaps because it's newer, the bath towels shed a lot of lint. After drying off, my body and face were covered in fuzz, which was quite annoying. The smaller hand towels didn't have this problem. Also, the soundproofing in the room wasn't the best. But these are minor issues, and the value for money is exceptional. Highly recommend!

This time, since it was my partner's birthday, the hotel specially upgraded us to an executive suite. The transportation was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were polite. The only downside was that there was no sea view, but I will definitely stay again next time! 🤩🤩🥳👍🏻👍🏻

No need to scout for specific spots; just wandering around the public areas yields fantastic photos. This time, I stayed in a Premium Seaview Suite. The room was spacious, and the retro-style furniture, mirrors, and bathtub were full of exquisite details. The balcony offered direct sea views; it was incredibly comfortable to feel the sea breeze while admiring the scenery. The hygiene was very well maintained; the overall cleanliness was excellent. The bathroom fixtures were all retro brass designs, showing great attention to detail. The service was polite and attentive, with prompt responses. The hotel environment was quiet, without any sense of noise or disturbance. The hotel boasts a French palace-style design, with distinctive and refreshing decor. Inside, you'll find a casino, an indoor heated pool, a gym, a spa, and several upscale restaurants offering Chinese and Western cuisine. It's a comprehensive destination for leisure, entertainment, and fine dining.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel has a Portuguese style, but the decor is a bit outdated. Many people mentioned the worn-out towels, and indeed they were... we wondered if it was to prevent them from being stolen. A downside was the lack of disposable slippers; good thing we brought our own. Also, there's no Wi-Fi in the pool and restaurant areas. Housekeeping only comes if you request it; they didn't clean our room, but they did take out the trash and provide new tissues and toilet paper when asked. On the bright side: you can take the stairs through the pool area to reach the bus stop, and there's a great swimming pool. However, sometimes they bring in what seems like a kindergarten group, which can be noisy and make the pool area a bit chaotic. There were no critical downsides, and I would visit this hotel again. After a few days at the casino, I'd recommend this place for a relaxing break. The sea is within walking distance, not super clean, but good enough for a swim.

This time, I stayed with my mom. As I had a gathering with friends, after checking in and dropping off our luggage, we went out and didn't return until past 11 PM. The next morning, we left early, so our stay was short, just for one night. The value for money is great. Although there's no direct hotel shuttle from Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao, taking bus 102 is quite convenient. The staff at the reception were very polite, and the room was comfortable with sufficient air conditioning. Both my mom and I were very satisfied. The only two things that could be improved are: we wished there were more hangers in the bathroom for clothes, and also an extra roll of toilet paper, as there was only about half a roll left, which wasn't quite enough for two ladies.

The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities feel a bit dated, but the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and the linens were clean. There's renovation work going on in the building, so it was noisy. The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.
