It's in a relatively remote location, but the environment is close to the sea, so it's recommended for those traveling by car as it's convenient for getting around. Environment: The hotel has several buildings, with a maximum of three units per floor, all near the sea. My room had a balcony, which was very pleasant to look at the sea, the bridge, and the waves on sunny days. Delivery options are limited; the few that do offer delivery require using JD.com. Service: Adding the front desk on WeChat resulted in a message with information about WiFi, breakfast, and driving routes – a thoughtful and natural service. Breakfast: It deserves special mention because although the selection was limited, the food was quite good, and I enjoyed it. Cleanliness: Overall, it was very good and pleasant. "🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! "I traveled to Pingtan Island with my family during the Spring Festival and booked a family room and a twin room. The room was so big that it was beyond imagination. The twin room can accommodate 4 beds. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from Platinum Beach, with few people and beautiful scenery. Breakfast is quite rich and has many varieties. The child played with the Pad and put it under the pillow. It was not until the next night that he discovered that it might have been left in the hotel. He immediately called and the front desk enthusiastically added a WeChat message. Half an hour later, it was confirmed that the room had been put away. Go to the front desk to pick it up the next day. I would like to express my gratitude and praise to the two beauties at the front desk and the room staff for their responsible work and excellent service. "Golden Yong Ya Ge is our top pick for a family vacation in Pingtan with kids! It's just a stone's throw from Longwangtou Beach, making it super convenient for digging in the sand and chasing the 'blue tears'. The hotel has its own kids' playground, which kept our little one entertained all afternoon. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of pastries that the kids loved. The front desk staff were really friendly and even provided complimentary sand-digging tools. Plus, parking is free and there are charging stations available. Our whole family had an amazing experience – highly recommend for families with children!"

"This hotel is the closest to Longwangtou Beach. My room was on the 16th floor with a fantastic sea view, perfect for watching the sunrise and then going back to sleep. The room was recently renovated this year, so it feels newer than the Jin Yong Ya Ge hotel, and the toilet and shower are separate. Getting in and out with a car was convenient as they registered my license plate. There are many food stalls along Longfeng East Road and Xihang Road nearby, which are lively at night. I recommend 'Wula Buhuan' (a spicy food stall) and 'Pingtan Haiwei' (a seafood stall). The downsides are that breakfast was quite average, not as good as Ya Ge's, and I don't recall seeing a gym."
