"The twin hot spring baths in the room were fantastic; we could enjoy both hot and cold springs at the same time. During check-in, the receptionist was very friendly and, knowing it was our first stay, suggested upgrading to a high-floor room to catch the beautiful sunrise for an extra fee. Also, the doorman, upon learning we were heading to Nanfang'ao Fishing Port, promptly arranged a taxi for us, getting us there quickly. The service was very attentive. The hotel breakfast hours are incredibly long, from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM. This allowed us to enjoy the hot springs, check out, and then have a leisurely brunch before leaving. The food selection was diverse and featured unique specialties. Superb!"

"A very nice hot spring hotel! The public hot spring bath is excellent! The changing rooms could be improved a bit, making it even more perfect! The room upgrade was great, especially with the addition of a steam room – excellent value for money and good service! The breakfast could be even better with more variety! I would definitely book again next time!"

"The breakfast was delicious, and the lobby lounge area was comfortable with complimentary cookies and coffee. The courtyard and splash pad were great for kids. However, the facilities are a bit dated. The SPA area was rudimentary and just barely functional. The upstairs bed in our family loft room was uncomfortable. The entryway light in our room flickered when turned off, so we couldn't switch it off completely. We only noticed after our child fell asleep, so we couldn't ask the front desk to fix it. The parking lot was unpaved dirt with no clearly marked spaces (or very unclear ones). Hotel guests and wedding attendees parked haphazardly. It was dim at night, muddy, and had many puddles when it rained."

"The location is excellent. Anping Road is the second street off Luodong Station, turn left, and you'll see the hotel after the first small alley. Regarding service, the room robot was very polite, calling to inform me it was ready to deliver items and asking me to open the door. It also called ten minutes before check-out to remind me of the time. The restaurant staff's service attitude was better than that of the second-floor game counter staff, but the enthusiasm of the younger staff was consistent. The service attitude of the front desk staff during check-in was average. For dining, although the official check-in time is 4 PM, I arrived early, and the reception staff already had my room card ready for immediate check-in. If you don't want to check in early, there's afternoon tea available in the ground-floor restaurant. You need to book your breakfast time slot at reception for the next day, limited to one hour. Since I chose the least crowded time (7 AM-8 AM), I finished my meal in less than 40 minutes and, with the restaurant staff's permission, took a few bottles of drinks back to my room. In terms of facilities, the second floor can cater to young children with a wide variety of remote-control cars. The third floor should have facilities to keep older kids entertained. Regarding cleanliness, the restaurant dining area, the second-floor game area, and the public women's restroom were good. However, the bathroom hygiene in the guest room needs improvement. There was a lotion bottle with only about 1/10 left, presumably used by someone else, next to the hand soap. There was only one roll of toilet paper with no spare. The sink had standing water with floating debris and hair. The showerhead's water pressure was insufficient, and once turned on, it would drip for a very long time after being turned off. The hot water for the bath the next morning wasn't hot. There was no laundry bag provided, which I've found in all hotels and even luxury hotels in Taipei and Taoyuan. After inquiring at the front desk, I was told they had regular plastic bags that the robot could deliver to my door. The soundproofing, I felt, was good. Setting the air conditioning to 20.9°C was cold enough, but upon entering the room, with the AC set to 25°C, there was a musty smell."

"This hotel makes for a stress-free trip. You can easily grab food and drinks right at the hotel, and it's conveniently located close to the city center. It's a shame there's no pool, otherwise, the kids would have had even more fun. I've stayed in Su'ao and Taroko before, but this is my first time staying in Yilan."

"My stay at Guanshang Hot Spring Hotel was truly fantastic! The room was bright and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. I especially loved the green plants next to the bathing area, which made soaking in the hot spring feel incredibly relaxing and gave it a real vacation vibe. The toiletries provided were from Cha Tzu Tang, which added a touch of luxury and showed the hotel's attention to detail. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise – served until 1:30 PM, so there was no need to rush in the morning. The variety of dishes was extensive and refined, and everything tasted delicious. You could tell the ingredients and preparation were of high quality. A huge bonus was being able to continue using the hotel facilities until 6:00 PM after check-out, which made the trip even more leisurely. We accidentally overstayed our welcome a bit, but the staff didn't reprimand us at all. Instead, they were incredibly polite and courteous, making us feel genuinely cared for. From the accommodation environment and dining quality to the service attitude, every aspect left a great impression. It was a truly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!"

"We originally stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi with a tour group, and later booked an additional room through the platform. It turned out to be an excellent decision! Compared to the fast pace of the group tour, extending our stay at Just Sleep was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I must commend the current service team at the hotel; they are truly outstanding and provide excellent service quality. A big thank you to General Manager Vera Yang for her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and meticulous care. Gina at the front desk always greeted us with a radiant and friendly smile, offering wonderful service. Tony was highly efficient in his assistance, and Cathy in reservations showed great emotional intelligence in understanding and helping us. The hotel's location is perfect. Although it's within the scenic area, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, with lush greenery and a gentle stream – perfect for a leisurely stroll. The breakfast ingredients were clearly carefully selected for their high quality and delicious taste. The hot spring tub in the room is very spacious, complemented by large glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the green trees and distant mountains while soaking – truly relaxing. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Sipping coffee while gazing at the green vegetation outside truly felt blissful. This hotel is truly a highlight of our trip; Just Sleep is fantastic! We look forward to staying here again!"
