1. The hotel evaluation in trip.com is nothing to do with reality, i mean the 10/10 outstanding is not true 2. The furniture of the hotel is not up to standard 3. The air-conditione in the room is not working properly even i complain about it ,but the hotel management did not take any serious action ,with which I hardly could sleep at night ,the air-conditione is set at 16 c but the real show in the screen is 27 to 29 c 4. The most worse and bad in the room is the pills, which is very thick and sooooo cheep quality ,I could not sleep at all because of its condition ,I complain, the manager said that this is what they have and could do noting ,I told him that I will complain to the trip .Com then he called me and promise to change it but all the time he was just sending the same type but with different face of stuff ,he was cheating, and he did nothing ,it was a night mare fir me to sleep the second night 5.Tge resturant open at 8 am in the morning, and the quality of food is cheep I do not recommend this hotel

The room was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and there was a pleasant fragrance as soon as I entered, which was very comforting. We booked a two-bedroom room, and it even had two toilets and a super spacious courtyard! The kitchen and living room were also beautiful. The staff were incredibly nice, especially Bassel. On the day we checked out, we left our belongings at the hotel, and when we returned to retrieve them that evening, he provided all the necessary services, including bathroom amenities and drinking water. We really loved this hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's away from the noise and crowds of the old town. Using a taxi app was no problem at all; it only cost a little over 200 Egyptian pounds to get to the city center. I highly recommend staying here.

The room is on the 10th floor of a very broken apartment building, there is no sign outside, you can navigate on Google Maps. The elevator is very broken and needs to wait, but after entering the Youth Hostel, I was pleasantly surprised. The interior is very beautiful and new except for the taste of a little newly renovated. You can see the city view in the lounge. The address location is also very good. It is a 10-minute walk from the old Ebo and a half-hour taxi ride from the new Ebo. Staff is warm, service is very good, English is fluent, you can wash clothes (5 pounds each with drying), you can store your luggage, you can buy water (5 pounds in small bottles, 10 pounds in large bottles) The disadvantage is that the room is very noisy, like sleeping on the street, it is recommended to book a twin room and sleep on the one far from the window... or wear headphones, it is really noisy and noisy, but it is very beautiful haha. All in all, it is a very cost-effective choice!

The hotel is quite close to the airport, which was convenient as I was flying out of Cairo the next day. It served its purpose well as a transit hotel. The service was good, and the environment was decent, with a complex and a swimming pool. The security was also strict.

On the first day of check-in, there was only a large bath towel in the room, and it was placed on a high shelf. A 1.75 meter tall person had to stand on tiptoe to reach it. There is a 25-meter long swimming pool downstairs, which was what I booked when I booked the hotel. But it is actually a public swimming pool. When I checked in on the first day, there were dozens of children and several coaches in it. Not only did I lose the mood to go swimming, but the noisy noises of the children made it almost impossible for people who had been on a plane for more than ten hours to sleep. The hotel service staff were very sincere and patient with the guests.

Overall, the hotel was good and clean, and the breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The food was very good, with a nice variety and good quality. The hotel facilities and available services, however, were somewhat limited, so there is room for improvement in this area. One of the main issues was the communication regarding the booking. Some important information was missing from the reservation details, and there was also an issue regarding the security deposit/payment. This requirement was not clearly mentioned in the original agreement, which caused some confusion upon arrival. There were also some differences between the room details we had agreed on and the room provided, and the execution of the booking arrangements was not as clear or smooth as expected. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and clean, and the breakfast was excellent, but clearer communication, more transparency regarding payment requirements, and better consistency between the booking details and the actual room would significantly improve the guest experience.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, an excellent location, beautiful views, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Cairo so special and memorable. I arrived as a guest, but I left with wonderful memories that I will carry with me for a very long time.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Egypt! Even the cars entering the hotel grounds are checked by staff and sniffer dogs, which made me feel incredibly safe. The hot water for showering was plentiful and the water pressure was excellent! That's really important, and the room was very clean. The room also had two large balconies with beautiful views of the Nile. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Facilities: Excellent, the decor is lovely and very pleasing to the eye. Cleanliness: Excellent, the room was cleaned daily and kept very tidy. Environment: Very quiet. Service: The staff were very friendly and responsive to requests.

The staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
