"Very cozy hotel, pleasantly pleasantly accommodated area. excellent spa area with quite a large pool and a variety of sauna. The restaurant is deliciously fed, staff is very kind and responsive. This place is perfect for rest, slowing and relaxing, resting from urban vainness and noise. I recommend!"

"The atmosphere of this honest remains family. Simple but user-friendly. Like every hotel there are positive points and other negative points. The positive points : - 10 minutes from the airport, - 15 minutes from the tourist beaches of Playa Los Americas or Cristinos, and the “holiday” atmosphere of towns like Costa Adeje, - quite a few places to park nearby (note: hotel parking 7€) - theme evenings every evening, in “camping paradise” mode, - the bartender's cocktails: top and wide choice. Reasonable prices. - The size of the rooms, spacious and practical for a family. - Reception staff, friendly and accommodating. One of the receptionists spoke a little French which was a plus but the others, including Javier, were very friendly. - The swimming pool: certainly not heated but you get used to it quickly once you're in and it's big enough, I think... Shallow, 1.40m at the most, appreciated by families. Just one downside, uncivilized people leave their cigarette butts lying around in the planters, which is a shame. The negative points, yes there are even a few 🙄. - Few nature excursions around the hotel... - The decor is very neat and pretty in the entrance, the patios, the swimming pool area but is even a little ”old-fashioned” among other things in the rooms and the dining room. - The auditorium is nice with lots of photos of stars but the “warm, Iberian” colors make it “Vintage”. - The additional costs are not given (30€/night/room for the change of room that we requested and 10€/person for breakfast.) I don't know about the rest... - Another inconvenience: the nauseating odors at certain times of the day or in the evening... And unfortunately, the hotel can't do anything about it because I think it comes from the nearby golf course or from a something that looks like a sewage treatment plant. So, it doesn't last all day or night... or maybe my nose is used to it but it's still a shame for the hotel. And disturbing for residents. - Lack of socket next to the bed. Bedside lamp, 1 socket so it's not possible to charge your cell phone at night. - Planes pass by during the day but this is not disturbing at night because at max at 11 p.m., there is no more traffic so at night, it remains relaxing even."

"I think it’s not bad. The hotel is on a mountain three or four kilometers from the beach. The disadvantage is that you need to travel and call a car."

"Experiência maravilhosa nesse hotel, atendimento impecável, especialmente da recepcionista Janine…. Muito bem localizado, muitos restaurantes ao redor, praticamente beira-mar e café da manhã bem servido, só recomendaria tomadas perto da cama. 10/10 ❤️"

"New facility , everything one needs including a fully equipped kitchen , excellent service! Plenty of things to keep your kids busy. Overall, highly recommended for people looking for a quiet and very pleasant stay! Mike D"

"Will love an entire island because of a hotel, too suitable for a holiday hotel, very, very beautiful, the whole layout is very atmospheric and relaxing chill. 1. Let’s talk about the service first. The most impressive thing is the maintenance master. The hair dryer is a bit of contact with the poor maintenance master. The maintenance master immediately came to repair it, and it was very, very polite. It would be inconvenient to confirm again and again. I also said that I am looking forward to coming to Chongqing one day. Play, also very cute uncle, I felt very strong kindness and courtesy. The front desk lady service is also super good, and we are welcome with a smile. Every staff member registered at the entrance of the restaurant was very gentleman and polite. Most of the staff in the restaurant were also very good. (except for an aunt at the breakfast iron plate, the attitude was a bit bad), and the cleaning staff was very neat. 2. The environment, the hotel environment is really super beautiful, I feel the ultimate relaxation from the inside to the outside, the swimming pool is designed too beautiful, there is an up room on the top floor, overlooking the entire hotel and the sea in the distance. And the hotel is an all-inclusive meal, the most expected every day is when eating, the buffet is delicious, the variety is different every day."

"Friendly service, always helpful. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of choices. You need mostly a taxi to truly move around, but that's not a big issue, in my opinion. Spacious rooms with nice balcony and the pool was great."

"Very new and clean hotel. Very friendly staff especially at reception. Very complete breakfast. Every day they have different activities. The apartment is very big and clean. It has a small kitchen with all the utensils."

"The staff absolutely didn't care about guest requests. I asked for an extra blanket THREE TIMES, and on the third try, they brought towels 🤦. It wasn't until I made a scene at reception and made them explain the difference between 'blanket' and 'towels' (just to make sure they understood English) that they finally brought the blanket. They gave me a room facing the noisiest bars, which are loud until 2 AM, and didn't warn me about it. The breakfast staff were also rude. You have to beg for an omelet, and they do everything with sour faces. They rush to clear away the food as soon as 10:30 AM hits, practically snatching it from under guests' noses. If it weren't for such terrible staff, the hotel would be perfectly acceptable, even if it is a bit rundown. Many rooms have a good view of the city and the ocean."

"Very convenient hotel as it is a few minutes by taxi from Tenerife South airport (about €15 by taxi), facing the sea, the view from the room is exceptional. The swimming pool, sheltered from any breeze with glass windows, is heated and you can swim (if you are not too cold) even in winter. The restaurant is a buffet with a good variety of choices, every evening we were offered a different type of dinner (Italian, Spanish, Canarian, etc...). Outside the hotel there is a beautiful promenade along the seafront, while it is surrounded by clubs and commercial activities (the commercial area is really small). The entertainment is limited to a few hours of live music, even for children it is almost nothing and there is no play area."
