Δεν μιλούσαν καθόλου ισπανικά και τα αγγλικά τους δύσκολα, έτσι τους βοήθησα, καθώς είχα ήδη επικοινωνήσει με κάποιον υπεύθυνο μέσω WhatsApp. Κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μου δεν είδα κανέναν σε καμία περίπτωση στην περιοχή του μπροστινού γραφείου. Μια ώρα και μισή πριν την ώρα της απογείωσης, έστειλα ένα μήνυμα στο προσωπικό για να κρατήσω την τσάντα μου στο ξενοδοχείο ενώ περίμενα τη μεταφορά μου στο αεροδρόμιο αργότερα την ημέρα και απάντησαν τρεις ώρες αργότερα. Έφυγα ήδη και βρήκα ένα μέρος που θα μου έβαζε την τσάντα."

"Great location nice walk to the sea front, 4 euro taxi back, great pools, queued first day for main pool then realized there was another bigger and better pool at the back of the hotel across a passage and children pool with its own bar and food and loads of sunbeds so went Κάθε μέρα... η στέγη φαίνεται υπέροχη αν δεν έχει παιδιά... ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν... ένα 11χρονο φούσι γεμάτο με μπέικον Σάρνι το πρωί και χάμπουργκερ και χοτ ντογκ κερνούσαν όλη μέρα. Το φαγητό είναι αυτό που είναι για ένα πολύ ακριβό ξενοδοχείο και αν θέλαμε, θα μπορούσαμε να φάμε κάθε βράδυ και να εξοικονομήσουμε χρήματα, αλλά βρήκαμε κάτι να φάμε. Θα ήθελα να το συστήσω με βάση την αξία του χρήματος και το καλό μέγεθος του ξενοδοχείου... και τα δωμάτια ήταν φανταστικά παιδιά είχαν δικό τους δωμάτιο και ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι. Δεν είχαμε πρόβλημα... με ένα δωρεάν λεωφορείο για το Σιάμ Παρκ έξω από το ξενοδοχείο... και ένα δωρεάν λεωφορείο για το Λας Αμερική. "

"We are just coming to the end of a ten night stay at this hotel. Stayed on a B&B basis, breakfast had good array of all the choices one would expect from a four star hotel. Plentiful supply of sun beds and parasols, even on days when we only arrived at the pool in the afternoon. Didn’t avail of evening entertainment - although the piano players 6-7pm were excellent . We strolled c 15/20 mins to the main port area in the evening to eat - there’s a good choice of restaurants, esp if you research recommendations in advance, and for restaurants like Damian’s Tapa’s Bar (fab!), booking is necessary. We were in room 642 with gorgeous views out over the bay. Good walk in shower and plenty of storage in the bedroom. Cold water dispenser and recycling facilities outside in the corridor. A very relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel - aqua aerobics each day at noon, but otherwise peaceful tranquility is the order of the day."

Το μεγάλο μπαρ μπάνιου υπηρετούσε υπέροχα τρόφιμα και πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Το αγαπημένο 2ο μπαρ κοντά στο ρεσεψιόν με θερμαντήρες που χρειαζόμασταν το βράδυ, τόσο ψύχραιμα το βράδυ... Μεγάλη επιταγή, καθώς άφησα κάτι στο δωμάτιο και κατέβηκε αμέσως στο ρεσεψιόν. δεν επηρεάζει τις διακοπές μας 10 από 10 για εξαιρετικές διακοπές. Μεγάλο προσωπικό σας θυμάται από το προηγούμενο έτος. Περιμένουμε τον Ιανουάριο του 2027. "

Η προσφορά της υπηρεσίας είναι πράγματι πολύ καλή, είναι σαν να είναι σπίτι από σπίτι, πρέπει να γνωρίζουμε πολλούς εργαζόμενους με βάση το πρώτο όνομα. Αν θέλετε ένα ζωντανό, ζωντανό ξενοδοχείο, μην έρχεστε εδώ, γιατί είναι ένα πολύ χαλαρό ειρηνικό ξενοδοχείο, χωρίς μεγάλες ομάδες, κυρίως ζευγάρια, οπότε να ρίχνετε πίσω και να ξαναγεμίζετε τις μπαταρία σας, αυτό είναι το μέρος για σας. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην πλευρά της 4ης λεωφόρου με πρόσβαση με κλειδωμένη πρόσβαση, απλά πηδήξτε στο πλήρες μπαούλο και είστε στο γήπεδο γκολφ, δεν μπαίνετε στο κλαμπ σας πάνω και κάτω καθώς και ντουλάπια. "I booked this hotel as a surprise gift for my husband’s big birthday. As frequent visitors to Tenerife, we’ve passed the Sir Anthony on many occasions, but had never stayed there. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the excellent customer service offered by every member of staff. We were allocated room 217, which had both a pool and sea view. The room was spotlessly clean, as was all the hotel, and extremely comfortable. A massive bathroom, huge bed, tons of storage space, fridge, TV (with British channels), tea and coffee making facilities and a good size balcony. A turn down service happened every evening and the chocolates were much appreciated! The pool area was spacious and quiet. A lovely pool and comfortable loungers. Towels were provided and were of good quality, as were the bathroom ones. Raoul was so helpful around the pool and is a great asset to the Sir Anthony. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast was both self service and table service. A good choice of buffet and cooked options were ordered via the staff. All food was of high quality. The location of the hotel is excellent. On the famous Golden Mile, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Every member of staff made us feel like valued guests; special mention to Florins, Naomi,Lis, Jessica and Marisa. We have, subsequently, booked to return next year and are looking forward to enjoying Sir Anthony once again."

Υπάρχουν πολλές δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να κάνετε στο ξενοδοχείο (πισίνα, σάουνα, σπα, γυμναστήριο, πινγκ πονγκ, μπιλιάρδο και άλλα παιχνίδια) και η περιοχή γκολφ τριγύρω φαίνεται υπέροχη από ψηλά (δεν παίζω γκολφ όμως). Η παραλία και άλλα αξιοθέατα (π.χ. το πάρκο Siam) είναι κοντά και εύκολα προσβάσιμα με αυτοκίνητο ή ταξί. Το δωμάτιο ήταν τεράστιο αλλά χρειάζεται κάποια ανακαίνιση (π.χ. υπήρχε μια σπασμένη πλάκα στο μπάνιο μου και μια ρήξη στον καναπέ)."

"The atmosphere of this honest remains family. Simple but user-friendly. Like every hotel there are positive points and other negative points. The positive points : - 10 minutes from the airport, - 15 minutes from the tourist beaches of Playa Los Americas or Cristinos, and the “holiday” atmosphere of towns like Costa Adeje, - quite a few places to park nearby (note: hotel parking 7€) - theme evenings every evening, in “camping paradise” mode, - the bartender's cocktails: top and wide choice. Reasonable prices. - The size of the rooms, spacious and practical for a family. - Reception staff, friendly and accommodating. One of the receptionists spoke a little French which was a plus but the others, including Javier, were very friendly. - The swimming pool: certainly not heated but you get used to it quickly once you're in and it's big enough, I think... Shallow, 1.40m at the most, appreciated by families. Just one downside, uncivilized people leave their cigarette butts lying around in the planters, which is a shame. The negative points, yes there are even a few 🙄. - Few nature excursions around the hotel... - The decor is very neat and pretty in the entrance, the patios, the swimming pool area but is even a little "old-fashioned" among other things in the rooms and the dining room. - The auditorium is nice with lots of photos of stars but the “warm, Iberian” colors make it “Vintage”. - The additional costs are not given (30€/night/room for the change of room that we requested and 10€/person for breakfast.) I don't know about the rest... - Another inconvenience: the nauseating odors at certain times of the day or in the evening... And unfortunately, the hotel can't do anything about it because I think it comes from the nearby golf course or from a something that looks like a sewage treatment plant. So, it doesn't last all day or night... or maybe my nose is used to it but it's still a shame for the hotel. And disturbing for residents. - Lack of socket next to the bed. Bedside lamp, 1 socket so it's not possible to charge your cell phone at night. - Planes pass by during the day but this is not disturbing at night because at max at 11 p.m., there is no more traffic so at night, it remains relaxing even."
