"This was a stylish hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! Unlike in Japan, amenities like bathrobes, loungewear, and slippers weren't provided. However, I was grateful that the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all L'Occitane products. The power outlets require you to push the plug firmly all the way in. I brought two types of adapters, but one of them didn't work with these outlets. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was really helpful for refilling my water bottle. The cleaning staff were very kind and flexible, for example, they were able to just exchange the towels when I requested it. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front, a tram station nearby, and easy access to the ocean!"

"Overall, the hygiene, service, location, and price were all quite good. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. However, because the hotel is a bit older, there's a stuffy smell in the hallways, and the loud slamming of neighboring doors can disturb your rest. The hot water is also inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold."

"The room is quite spacious and close to the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle service. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, making it easy to get to the city center or nearby towns. However! If you stay here, make sure to keep your valuables with you. My friend's jewelry was stolen from the room, and the manager, front desk, and staff all shirked responsibility, claiming they couldn't resolve it. Also, those with light sleep should choose carefully and preferably bring earplugs. Sometimes, guests next door or upstairs might be catching early flights, and you can hear very loud noises in the early hours."

"I had a pleasant stay at the hotel but there were a few issues at the start of my stay that I was not best pleased about. My sister and I arrived early and we knew check in wasn't till the afternoon so we arrived at the hotel to leave our luggage and were going to just explore for a few hours. The receptionist told us to come back at about 2pm - 3pm. When we arrive back around 2pm and asked if we could check in she told us no point blank. Now that is find because check in is at 3pm, but then stop telling people to come back at 2pm - 3pm. That would suggest that you are happy to check people in slightly earlier. It was just rude and annoying!. We waited in the reception area till 3.05pm and at the point the same receptionist told us to come to the front and check in with her colleague. We did so only to be told that our room was not ready yet!. Before the lady got up to ask us to check in, it would have been smart to check the room was ready first (they had a list of ready rooms that they were referring to). After that we waited an hour!!!! for our room to be ready and for us to finally check in. The front desk staff need to tighten up!"

"Nice hotel in a prime location. Short walk to train station, supermarket, tram stop, and beach; couldn’t really be located better. Hotel was simple but modern and clean. "The hotel is located near Place Masséna, a very lively area. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bookstores nearby. It's also close to the sea, perfect for walks and sightseeing. Unfortunately, the streets were extremely noisy on the second night, making it almost impossible to sleep from midnight until dawn. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Overall, a great hotel! The location is excellent – it's a 10-minute walk to the station or a 5-minute taxi ride, and there's a shopping street right downstairs. You can also walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The first night, we made a last-minute booking for a superior king room and a standard large room (212 and 411). There was a 100 RMB price difference, but I'm not sure why the 'better' room actually had a smaller bed. It was unclear which one was more expensive. The following three nights, we had pre-booked a superior triple room. We wanted to extend our stay in the existing rooms but were told it would cost an extra 600+ Euros, which seemed baffling since the two rooms combined cost 2600 RMB, less than one night in the 3000+ RMB superior triple. The front desk even suggested we switch to room 208, saying it was the best – a quad room – but that would have cost an additional 90+ Euros for three nights. We looked at it and thought it was just okay, so we didn't switch. When we checked in that afternoon, we were given room 106, which turned out to be quite good! The hotel immediately impresses with its tasteful design: modern, bright, and elegant, yet still warm and inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed, creating a sense of comfort and welcome from the very first moment. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from a very comfortable bed to thoughtful little details that made me feel at home. The location is also excellent: quiet, yet just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the city center, and many of Nice’s main attractions. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast experience. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from French pastries and fresh fruit to savory dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What truly sets it apart, however, is the wonderful breakfast team. A very special mention goes to Claudia, Noreen, David and Emma, who greeted us every morning with a smile, genuine kindness, and remarkable attentiveness. The entire breakfast staff were equally warm, helpful, and professional, you could feel their passion for making guests feel welcome and cared for. They help you to discover attractions near by, just ask. The reception and service team were also excellent, always friendly, responsive, and eager to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Nice. Their attention and dedication really enhanced my stay. In summary: the Le Riviera Collection is not only a beautiful hotel, but also a place that shines because of the people working there. I felt welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout my stay. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nice. A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service and a breakfast team that makes every day start with a smile.

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel feels quite new, with complete facilities, including an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware. Friends who want to cook can choose this hotel. There is also a large dining table where you can eat directly after cooking. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a separate small compartment next to the entrance, and the shower is next to the big bed. The big bed, sofa bed and dining table area can be separated into two spaces by a curtain. However, there may be a lot of facilities in the room. It feels crowded to spread out two boxes, but it should be spacious if only two people live there. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: There are large hotels around, and it feels like there are more cars on the road than people. It is the closest to Nice Saint August train station, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. This train station has an elevator, which is quite friendly to dragging luggage, but it is open-air, and it may be more troublesome when it rains. Fortunately, we have been sunny all the time☀️. It is a little further away from the airport. Apple Maps is not accurate. I wanted to find a so-called supermarket on the map that seemed very close. A local resident who was parking his car told us that the map was wrong and we should search for carrefour and forget the other direction. Service: Very polite, free luggage storage and use of the toilet in the lobby.

LLazarouxgetting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay. The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids! Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need. However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying. Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :) Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that). I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings! Recommend for short stay or late arrival.

CCélia5I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. The service was truly top-notch, from check-in with the night manager to breakfast: all the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, which made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel also boasts a convenient location, about a 10-minute walk from the Exhibition Palace, which is a real bonus. The breakfast is generally nice with a good selection; however, there's a lack of non-pork options like chicken or turkey breast. Furthermore, considering the offerings, the €19 price doesn't seem entirely justified to me.

SSara BaunOverall, the hotel is decent, but for this price range, there are many options in Nice with cleaner and better-maintained rooms. We stayed for 2 nights, which was acceptable, but for a longer stay we would have appreciated more comfort. Pros: Excellent quality pillows and mattresses. Clean bed linen — many thanks to the staff for this! Cons: I hope the hotel management reads this. Room 101: The shower partition needs to be replaced — it is no longer watertight and leaks through the sliding doors as they don’t close properly. The showerhead should be moved to the wall on the right to make it easier to take a comfortable shower. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty — cleaning standards need to be more strictly enforced. The desk lamp on the left cannot be turned on independently from the main room light, which is inconvenient when you want to work in the evening with softer lighting. The location is good, but it’s noisy both outside and in the corridor. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming — we truly appreciated that!

AAnonymous UserI want to pat myself on the back for choosing this hotel; it was truly excellent. The location, service, cleanliness, and food were all impeccable. If you do choose this hotel, definitely include breakfast! You can see the ocean, and watching happy corgis stroll along the beach while you eat just makes you feel like a wonderful day is about to begin. The croissant was the best I had on the entire trip! The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for soaking away the fatigue after walking all over Nice. The bed was incredibly plush and guaranteed a good night's sleep, and if you're someone who hates being woken up by the morning sun, there are shutters on the window that you can close. The location is right in front of the sea; just cross the street and you're there. Place Masséna is about a 15-minute walk, and there's a laundromat about 5 minutes away. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again the next time I visit Nice!
