"It’s located right opposite main train station, and within walking distance to main attractions. However the surrounding is not dodgy and noisy at all, unlike many hotels near train stations in other European cities. The room is clean and the bed is great. The hotel team is also nice!"

"It was fairly good except the male waiter at the breakfast as I asked him where is the olive oil then he kept saying ” si si on the table” and it was not on the table .. it would be better to be more sincere or at least ask his manager if he's not able to speak English , this made me feel bit irritating as he obviously looks annoyed by answering my question all the rest was ok , would select this hotel again if I go Torino"

"The hotel is very close to Nuovo train station. Just cross the street from the hotel and you can enter the platform through the side entrance. Via Roma is right across from the station, so you don't need to take a car for shopping or strolling. The location is excellent. The hotel is quite modern, and the lobby is very clean and suitable for meeting friends. The breakfast is plentiful, and you can even order a cappuccino from the waiter. There's an elevator and spacious staircases, making it comfortable for children."

"The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes. Cleanliness: Why was the water from our room's kettle so cloudy? I don't understand. I hope the hotel will check the kettle in our room. The shower gel 🧴 in the room smelled amazing, a classic European scent, I loved it! Service: Pretty good. When we checked in at night, they told us there was a bar on the sixth floor where we could get something to eat, but we just went to sleep and didn't go. The breakfast was really great, with a wide variety of options. The staff 💁♀️ proactively asked if we wanted coffee or tea 🫖."
