"This hotel is super convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, which is perfect if you're catching a JR train. Downstairs, there's an Ichiran Ramen, a convenience store, and an underground shopping street, so you don't have to worry about bad weather when you're out and about. The room itself is a bit small; it was a tight squeeze to open two large suitcases. However, the yukata (robe) was really comfortable, and they even have a public bath, so it really has everything you need (you can also grab face masks at the front desk)."

"Our stay at KOKO HOTEL was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a very clean, modern, and cozy atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. One of the things we loved most was the location. The hotel was conveniently close to train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Japan very easy and stress free. The room was compact yet very well organized, with comfortable beds and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, especially after long days of sightseeing. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and comfortable throughout our trip. "I rarely go out of my way to write a hotel review, but this place is absolutely amazing! Since the hotel is on a high floor, every room has a fantastic view, and the sunlight streaming in is just beautiful. The room decor is very modern and well-designed; all the storage is cleverly integrated into the metal circular counter by the sink. Even the ceramics in the room are local Japanese pottery. Everything is just perfect! The room was sparkling clean too."

"Facilities: The facilities are a bit old. The drainage in the shower was very slow, but disposable slippers were provided. There was no free bottled water. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. Location: The location is fantastic, right next to Nagoya Station, with the Meitetsu bus terminal located on the hotel's third floor. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patiently answered my questions about store locations."

"Spacious, comfortable, amazing service and breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Nice river nearby. Away from the crowded area but not far away from Fushimi station if u like quiet and peaceful area."

"Generally a ideal hotel for families wt kids. New facilities, sizable room/bed, small kitchen, common washer/dryer at lobby, all very functional. Only drawback is the location 15min walk to Sakae station, hotel located at lots of night joint/clubs surrounding..crowd at night can seems intimidating. But overall they will just mind their own biz... Toilet/sewage has a faulty smell. Overall still very good."

"Great variety of amenities provided in the lobby, and room is good. They also offer washing machine for 600 yen, which helps with our laundry management throughout our trip. Located in a decently nice place as well, just a 5-8mins walk to the nearest train station, and its near Odori Park as well. They provide 1L of water daily as well."
