"The hotel surroundings are lovely, perfect for simply relaxing. The front desk staff were very helpful, providing detailed explanations as the hotel is divided into the East, Main, and West wings. We booked the ”one night, two meals” plan and were satisfied with dinner. However, the breakfast didn't quite live up to the price point of over two thousand. Also, it was unexpected that bath towels weren't provided in the onsen area, even though they were in the room. I haven't encountered this at other onsen hotels in Japan."

"The views of Lake Toya are excellent, and the restaurant serves delicious food with a rich buffet. The room was adequate. The front desk staff offer service in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which was a huge convenience. The price was also relatively reasonable. It's close to the bus stop."

"Nestled on the tranquil shores of Lake Toya, Hotel Premium Lake Toya (ホテル プレミアム・レイク トーヤ) feels like a secluded haven, a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The moment you step in, time seems to slow down, and your mind finds a sense of calm. Outside the window, the vast and captivating Lake Toya unfolds, with its picturesque scenery creating a living masterpiece that's unforgettable. Each guest room is meticulously crafted, like a work of art – spacious, comfortable, and adorned with warm, elegant decor. The private open-air bath in every room, with the natural fragrance of hinoki and elm wood, gently embraces your tired body and soul. At night, as soft lights illuminate the room, lying on the plush bed, the world feels wonderfully peaceful and tender. Waking up in the morning, brewing a cup of coffee and enjoying it with the lake view outside – a simple yet profoundly blissful moment unfolds. The warmth of the service is truly the most touching aspect here! From the moment you enter, you're greeted with meticulous and genuine hospitality. Thoughtfully, they arrange for you to change into comfortable slippers and offer a welcome drink; everything flows naturally and without pretense. I particularly remember a young female staff member with glasses who, with her fluent English and attentive, thorough explanations, made me feel incredibly comfortable and respected. Encountering such dedicated individuals during a trip is undoubtedly a rare stroke of luck. And the hotel's facilities are full of surprises! Outside the large public bath, complimentary drinks are available, along with table tennis and arcade games, adding a playful touch to your relaxation. The lobby features Japanese snacks and board games, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere; the relaxation area on the second floor is even more serene and comfortable – once you sit down, you won't want to leave. The dining experience here is simply sublime. Various alcoholic beverages are kept in ice buckets, freely awaiting wine enthusiasts! Dinner is exquisite and innovative; each dish is a stunning work of art, so delicious that it makes you want to return just for the food. Breakfast is delicate and abundant, awakening your taste buds and setting a wonderful tone for the day. The shiso soda thoughtfully provided in the in-room mini-fridge is incredibly refreshing after a hot spring soak, leaving a lasting, pleasant aftertaste. The toiletries have a delicate fragrance, leaving the skin soft and comfortable after use – even these small details are not overlooked. The overall service is friendly and sincere, without being overly familiar, yet maintaining just the right amount of professionalism. It truly feels like a 'just right' luxury experience! The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pristine, and transportation to and from the lakeside is convenient. Whether taking a taxi or using the hotel's shuttle service to JR Toya Station, it's effortless. It feels like Hotel Premium Lake Toya is not just a hotel, but a cherished memory of a journey. Here, the scenery is more than just scenery, and the service is more than just service – it's a reason to return to square one and rediscover the beauty of life."

"Stayed at the Deluxe Villa in WE Hotel Toya Dusit Collection and it was honestly one of the nicest stays during our Hokkaido trip. The villa was extremely spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a very modern Japanese style. What surprised us most was how big the villa actually was — it came with 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, a large living room, dining area, laundry room, and even 2 floors. It truly felt more like staying in a luxury private house rather than a hotel. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway near Lake Toya. We especially loved the warm wood interior, tatami-style seating area, huge windows, and cozy living space. The bedrooms were comfortable and the entire villa was very well maintained."

"The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service was pretty good. The onsen (hot spring) was excellent and very hot; there's even an outdoor one where you can soak while watching the snow. The price was fair. The only thing that could be improved is that breakfast and dinner could be a bit more varied. Oh, and the complimentary sake was fantastic!"

"After seeing so many negative reviews, I was a bit hesitant about booking Lakeside Pavilion, but my actual experience was surprisingly good. First, the service was warm and proactive; I didn't encounter any of the alleged discrimination against Chinese guests. Second, the rooftop onsen was excellent, and the room had a great view. Even though there was a bed, we asked for three futons to be laid out, which was very comfortable. As for outdated facilities, you barely use the in-room bathing facilities at an onsen hotel anyway. While dinner and breakfast weren't exceptionally refined, there was a wide variety of options, so you're sure to find something delicious. I'm very satisfied with my choice this time."

"This stay was a mix of highlights and disappointments. The hotel’s location is undeniably prime, with excellent transportation and convenience all around. The dining options were equally impressive—both the buffet breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic selection of delicious, high-quality dishes, making the culinary experience the stand-out feature of our stay. However, the room facilities and housekeeping details fell far short of expectations. The room amenities felt quite basic and lacked proper pre-arrival checks. For a hotel with hot spring facilities, it was surprising that no basket was provided to carry items to the bath, and there was a clear shortage of towels in the room. Considering the high price tag, the overall experience did not feel proportional to what we paid. While the location and food were outstanding, the hotel needs to improve its room standard and service details to truly justify its rates."

"The little house is very spacious. It could accommodate up to 8 guests and we enjoy the lake view very much."

"Nestled amidst lush greenery and surrounded by the soothing sounds of insects and birds, this secluded cabin offers a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The owner even went the extra mile by offering us a hearty breakfast to kickstart our day. Access to the loft is via a collapsible staircase, which may not be suitable for those with a fear of heights."

"一個風景絕佳的房子，很新，設備也很先進。非常適合悠閑渡過假期！"
