"We had an amazing stay at Centum Premier Hotel. Its location is very convenient—just a short walk to Shinsegae Centum City Mall, with easy access to metro and bus stops, as well as the airport limousine service. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The washroom was spacious, clean, and equipped with a Japanese-style toilet, which was a nice touch. They also offer luggage storage, which is very helpful for guests arriving early or needing to store their bags after checkout. Overall, a great and hassle-free stay."

"Hotel was great for family with toddler, my child enjoyed the wonder lounge very much. She could spend the whole day there and had lots of fun with the other kids there. The laundry service is great too, we send our clothes for washing everyday. The breakfast was great but as it’s the same menu so it gets boring. The only thing that I don’t like was that there was 0 hooks in the toilet making it hard for us to hang our towels. But overall the experience was great too!"

"The room was great and booking was super easy. After arriving in Busan by KTX, I took a taxi to the hotel. The entrance was easy to find. I just showed the front desk my email confirmation code, filled out a form, and then checked in. (A note on the form: they require a credit card for the deposit, but since I didn't have a Visa or similar card, I just paid 100,000 Korean Won, which was refunded immediately upon check-out). There are time restrictions for early check-in, but the check-in and check-out times are clearly stated in the email, and the front desk staff also confirmed them when I arrived. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and enthusiastic! ❤️ The hotel is just a short walk to the beach. You can also take the Crystal Cable Car for scenic views. I booked this hotel last minute, so all the ocean-view rooms were taken, but even our city-view room offered a glimpse of the sea. There's a convenience store downstairs, as well as local eateries, which was really handy."

"Excellent location, just across a main road from Haeundae beach. It’s about a 10min stroll to Haeundae subway station. Check-in was generally smooth, the room which was initially assigned had a bad smell coming from the ensuite toilet, so we contacted the front desk, and was given a replacement room soon enough. There was a hiccup with the key card replacement. We couldn’t access the new floor on which our replacement room is located, so we could not bring our luggages directly to the new floor, and had to bring them down to the lobby again to resolve the key card issue, which was done quickly enough while we’re at the lobby. During our time of stay, the temperature outdoors was generally cooler in the single digits to low teens in degrees Celsius. The air-conditioning was not activated in the guest rooms, so the hotel was able to provide a standing electric fan for cooling. Front desk was responsive and courteous. Housekeeping service was efficient, friendly and warm. Perhaps the sofa and room chair can be better cleaned. Overall, still a pleasant stay."

"Everything's great, the only downside is that breakfast isn't every day. When we checked into the room, it turned out we stinked of rotten fish. We reported to the reception and changed our number with ease."

"The location is great, close to Nampo subway station with many restaurants nearby, and also a short walk to Nampo-dong and the market. The service could use improvement; the front desk staff seemed expressionless. Breakfast was very monotonous, with not much to choose from. The ocean view room was indeed nice. There's a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, but prices are a bit high, so I recommend going to the Lotte Mart supermarket on the B1 floor across the river for groceries. Getting to Seomyeon by subway takes about half an hour, door-to-door. You can see many seagulls from the bridge in front of the hotel, and Gamcheon Culture Village is only about five or six kilometers away, so a taxi ride there is quite cheap."

"Location: It's in the same building as the Grab the Beach Hotel, only about 100-200 meters from the Fairfield. When my taxi couldn't pinpoint the location, I'd just set it for the Fairfield. View: If you want to watch the sunrise directly from your bed, this hotel is unbeatable. I think the view is even better than the Fairfield because this building faces directly east. Layout: Overall, it was better than I expected. Although the room isn't huge, the different areas are well-organized and comprehensive, with a wardrobe and a small fridge. The table and chairs are indoors, but I imagine you could easily move them to the balcony in the summer. It was too cold for that in the winter. The bathroom layout is very practical. However, the vanity area doesn't have a door and is quite close to the main entrance, so you need to be mindful of privacy. They've thoughtfully placed a reminder sticker about this. Cleanliness: It was clean. But the balcony glass wasn't clean😭 I even braved the cold early in the morning to try and wipe it down so I could photograph the sunrise from inside. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this in the future, then it would be perfect. Service: I was a bit anxious before checking in because the entire process, from check-in to check-out, is self-service. The emails were only in Korean and English, and if you wanted to book additional items, the interface was only in Korean, which was quite inconvenient. In the end, I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel provided facial cleanser, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Remember to confirm your check-in online via email before arrival; the room door code will be sent to your email 3-5 hours before check-in time. The card you receive upon check-in is only for operating the elevator. For check-out, just drop the card into the box at the self check-in counter. I hope all my fellow Chinese travelers have a great time in Busan! Busan is good!"

"The location is fantastic, Haeundae Beach is right on the doorstep, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. A taxi to the airport during off-peak hours took just over 40 minutes, which was quicker than I expected. The airport shuttle bus stop is also close to the hotel. There's a supermarket and a coffee shop downstairs, and the subway station is a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean, but they don't provide slippers or toiletries, so remember to bring your own."

"Complaint: I usually don't write reviews, but I just can't hold back this time! I booked a room for 4 nights and had to switch rooms twice! On the first night, before going to bed, I discovered the window wouldn't close, and a cold draft was blowing in. The hotel maintenance came to fix it for an hour but couldn't. They said they'd move us to another room, but the front desk actually called us and told us to pack our bags, come downstairs, get a new key card, and move ourselves. This was after 10 PM, and there wasn't even an apology or any assistance offered. We ended up in a corner room, and they said the hotel was fully booked, so we had no choice but to accept it. The second room change happened because my booking was split into two separate reservations. I communicated with the hotel at check-in and during my stay, asking if they could accommodate us so we wouldn't have to switch rooms, even offering to pay for an upgrade, but they refused, citing full occupancy. So, we had to check out before 11 AM, store our luggage, and then check in again after 3 PM. Pros: The hotel is relatively new, and the location is convenient. Cons: 1. Cleanliness is subpar; there were urine stains on the toilet. 2. Service is poor, practically non-existent, and they lack service awareness. 3. I was moved twice, staying in three different rooms, all of which were corner rooms. I had booked deluxe or superior room types, and I'm unsure if there's any particular reason for this. Overall, my experience was very unsatisfactory."
