"В общем всё понравилось, ожидания полностью оправдались. Уютный маленький отель, немного номеров, мало людей. Есть лифт и парковка. Отличный номер с шикарным видом на море и горы, много места, свой балкон, есть сушилка для вещей. Огромная ванная комната с ванной и душевой кабиной, биде. большая удобная раковина, много мест хранения. Большая кровать, удобный матрас и подушки, чистое белье и полотенца, которые меняют по требованию. Есть шампунь, гель, кондиционер, жидкое мыло, минибар. Не хватает бесплатной воды в номере, хотя бы по 1 бут на каждого в день заезда. Только не разобрались как опускать боковые жалюзи на окнах. Отличный бассейн, лежаки с зонтами, джакузи. Но в сезон все лежаки у бассейна будут заняты. Рядом с бассейном комната с полотенцами, туалетом, душем, сауной (за доп.плату). К морю нужно спуститься по лестнице, рядом хороший пляж с мелкой галькой, можно заходить без спецобуви. Также рядом много хороших кафе. В отеле отличный завтрак разнообразный шведский стол, всегда пополняют, все вкусно. Внимательный персонал. Вернусь только сюда!"

"Oh it was fabuloussssss! The staff were so nice in the restaurant and and on reception. They left a lovely note and a birthday cake for me in my room which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel is so close to the beach just a few steps down and they have sun beds and a table reserved free of charge for guests. There are lots and lots and lots of restaurants and small eatery’s on the beach with activities. Very nice hotel would go again."

"I loved everything! The view is worth a million, waking up and doing yoga with such a view is pure pleasure, I have never regretted my choice. But! Not a single hook in the bathroom, how is that possible? And where to hang towels and clothes? No heated towel rail, not even a small hook. This didn't spoil the impression at all; I put a chair in the bathroom and put my things there, but still. Well, there is construction under the windows, but tolerable. There are even small things (although not so small) like washing powder, dishwasher tablets, paper towels and kitchen utensils, but there is no regular salt. Everything else is 👌👌 Contact the reception via WhatsApp, you can ask for your room to be cleaned or the bed linen to be changed. No cards, electronic lock with a code. Clean, stylish, beautiful, modern, everything you need is there. Thank you very much to the hosts, it was a great pleasure, I will definitely choose you next time."

"I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working. "

"Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel. The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room. Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices."
