Loved the hotel and the hostess! We sincerely wish you prosperity and hope you maintain the high standards you've achieved. Upon arriving, we felt like truly welcome guests. We even got breakfast on the day of arrival (first time I've ever experienced that!). The room was comfortable, had everything we needed, and offered beautiful views from the balcony. For breakfast, there was plenty to choose from, and everything was delicious. There are shops and cafes near the hotel, and it's just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. We were very satisfied and are already planning to return.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the ancient city and the parking lot are within 100 meters, and the park is surrounded by excellent walks. It takes only five minutes to walk to Moghlan Beach. The sea is very clear, you can see the fish, and the temperature of 20 degrees does not feel cold. The room was large and clean and well equipped. The breakfast quality is excellent, p7p8, can't finish it at all. The fifth floor overlooks the old town and sea view p4p5. Overall Haojue is very good.

Clean and sanitary. There is an underground parking lot. The surrounding environment is under construction. It is a little far from the old town, about a 20-minute walk.

There are no parking spots near the area and, as we discovered, parking on the street is illegal in Budva. Our rental car was totaled by the police while parked next to the hotel. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but they put us in another bedroom eventually. The room was extremely clean, the Russian lady who works there is lovely and the location is only a 7min walk to the beach area. 5min walk to the main street where you’ll find a supermarket and restaurant options. The place is going through renovations, so we did hear noises at odd hours, but other than the car problem, our stay was fine

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

Location in the centre of Budva , three minute walk to the beach , all restaurants and everything around it , hotel very clean , staff very friendly , breakfast excellent . for sure I'll be recommending this hotel to my friends and family .

If you plan to stay alone for a while, it's not bad for the price. The neighborhood is not big, so it's about 20 minutes walk to the bus terminal.

Residence in the Perune Hotel: Objective Review We stayed at the Peru Hotel in Budva for a few days. I want to share a honest opinion. What liked: Near the beach, a good view from the window. What didn't like: · The meeting on the recipes took place cool, staff did not show hospitality. · The room lacked slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush – These items were only provided after our personal request. I believe that for a hotel of this level they should be in the default room. · Breakfasts are uniform, the range is not changed. Also irritated the presence of flies near the laid dishes – this is a hygienic minus. Summary: The hotel has a good location, but the service level leaves you wishing for the best. If you are interested in comfort and attention to detail, consider other options.

Местоположение хорошее,но качество сервиса очень хромает. В номере без просьбы не убирались вообще, раз в 4 дня примерно по просьбе. Воду в номер не ставят , обосновывают тем, что это не отель, а апартаменты. Завтраки не очень, хотя в отзывах читала что хорошие. Можно за гораздо меньшие деньги Вкусно позавтракать неподалеку. Никаких принадлежностей кроме мыла и шампуня в номере также не было.
