"We booked this hotel based on photos in reviews. Indeed, everything was as pictured, but there were some nuances. **Pros:** 1. **Close to the sea:** About a 10-minute walk. 2. **Spacious parking:** The hotel has its own large parking area. 3. **Responsive manager:** Always available and ready to assist with any questions. 4. **Large room:** The room turned out to be bigger than it appeared in the photos. **Cons:** 1. **Housekeeping:** The manager initially promised room cleaning every 2-3 days. We stayed for 11 days, and cleaning only happened twice, both times at our request. 2. **Pillows:** The pillows were simply enormous. On the 3rd or 4th day, I asked for smaller pillows, but this request was ignored. Perhaps it was my fault for not reminding them daily. After a week, I reminded them again, and smaller pillows were finally provided, making sleep much more comfortable. 3. **Balcony access:** The bed is wide, which prevents the balcony door from opening fully, which is inconvenient. I almost injured my leg once. 4. **Bathroom:** The bathroom is extremely small. The door also doesn't open completely because it opens inwards. I'm not sure why it wasn't designed to open outwards... Firstly, it's very close to the toilet. Secondly, it bumps into the water heater, which is located near the ceiling. As a result, you can't properly enter or exit with the door fully open. It either hits the water heater and doesn't open, or you try to maneuver around it and bump into the toilet, making it difficult to move freely in such a confined space. Also, there was a very unpleasant sewage smell once, but something was apparently done outside, and the smell disappeared. There was also a water leak from the toilet or somewhere outside; the manager looked at it and said it was a first and he would look into it. However, the water was never wiped up and continued to accumulate. 5. **Electronic lock:** We had trouble getting into our room 2 or 3 times. There were issues with either the key or the lock, it's unclear. They simply replaced our keys and then entered some password. This wasn't just our problem; neighbors also experienced it, as the soundproofing is poor. More on that next. 6. **Poor soundproofing:** It's noisy outside with loud motorcycles and loud people. Someone might be singing drunk in the street, and so on. In any case, everything was audible as if it were happening right on our balcony. The door and windows let in all sounds. You can also clearly hear neighbors walking in the hallway and talking loudly. There were also some thumping noises at night. In short, if you're a light sleeper, you won't get a peaceful night's rest. Overall, it's a negative rating. One could say it's on par with a 3-star hotel, but with significant issues."

"We had an executive room on the first floor with city view, sea view would have been towards the ferris wheel and the hotel isn’t tall so in my opinion not worth it. The pool was great. Always a sunbed free. The staff serving drinks and food there were absolutely brilliant. Also had drinks in the bar with great service. The breakfast is very good, the comments about poor service at breakfast are fair. If you go later there’s no fresh juice or even sparkling water and takes some chasing to get staff to get. Don’t let this put you off though. It really is a great breakfast spread and the hotel was absolutely immaculate and the bed was so comfy. I’d definitely stay again."

Απ' τα ελαττώματα: δεν υπάρχει στεγνωτήριο για κολύμπι και πετσέτα. Αν ζητήσουν επιπλέον χρήματα για ένα δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι, μην το κάνεις."
