"Overall, my stay here was excellent, with many details exceeding my expectations. First off, the hotel's location is super convenient. There's a convenience store just a few steps downstairs, making it really easy to grab snacks and daily necessities. The room amenities are comprehensive, including a pot, microwave, and refrigerator, which is a huge plus for guests who like to prepare simple meals themselves. The bedding was incredibly clean and comfortable, made from soft materials, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's security was also top-notch, with strict access control for entry and exit, making me feel very safe and secure. The most satisfying aspect for me was the 24-hour Chinese-speaking service provided by the hotel—this was incredibly important to us! Whenever we had any questions, whether it was about local surroundings or how to use the room's facilities, the staff were able to respond and resolve issues promptly in Chinese, ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, the rooftop outdoor pool and its surroundings were absolutely beautiful. In the evening, watching the sky and the distant villas from the poolside was quiet and relaxing; every photo taken was picture-perfect. However, I do have a small suggestion for future guests: the bathroom area is a bit cramped and doesn't have a separate wet and dry area. Water tends to splash out during showers, often wetting the toilet paper nearby. I'd recommend stowing away the toilet paper when you check in. Also, personally, I felt the shower water wasn't particularly hot (though I might just be sensitive to cold), but it didn't significantly impact the overall experience. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and thoughtful service. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!"

"The concept is like Airbnb. The studio that I stayed is located at level 9. The room is as advertised , facing pool view. Hygiene level is quite personal. If you have skin allergy problems, you may want to skip booking the place as the bed linens were not changed and was sprayed with fragrances (overly did). I have to let the sun come in through the windows to “sunbath” the linens. That reduce the skin itchiness when sleeping on the bed. The bathroom wall wasn’t scaled and growing mold is visible. As this is advertised as a staycation place, I expect at least I can cook but the pot was not clean and rusty. The gym is not available at this until further notice."

"The owner was quick to reply and all the facilities were complete 👍, but the main gate to the parking lot can get quite congested at times due to other residents and visitors 😭. That's all, overall it was okayyyy 💕"

"Completely exceeded expectations! A great option for a layover! It's at Kuala Lumpur International Airport T2, clean, easy to find, and you don't even have to leave the terminal. Each person needs to pay a 5 RM environmental fee upon arrival. Just downstairs, there are all sorts of specialty foods, and there's even a large supermarket (the kind that sells fresh produce), which is more than enough for meals and souvenirs. The room type we stayed in was spacious and clean! Unlike traditional capsule hotels, the shared bathrooms in the common area even came with Dyson hair dryers. The front desk staff were polite, enthusiastic, and always happy to help. Super impressed!"
