"Attended a private wedding. Perfect venue good food and fam bonding"

"We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The staff were very attentive and always with a smile, even the security guards. The hotel has a beautiful garden, so Eryll and Krystel of the front desk made sure we get the best garden view room available and accommodated our request for a microwave. The room size was huge and the air-conditioning can be very cold but with a fan mode. We had a very restful sleep all throughout our stay with beds, pillows and sheets being super comfortable. The daily housekeeping and supply of drinking water were appreciated. I enjoyed my daily visits to the spa room enjoying the clean sauna that heats up quickly and the jacuzzi too. Baguio is known for its fresh and inexpensive vegetables so I appreciated that the Concierge has shuttle services that can buy these for its guests. I'm happy too that the hotel has an on-site ATM, on-site Ev charging ports and is wheelchair accessible. With coordination, I'm grateful that Ley of the valet service took great care of unplugging the charging cable and transferring the car in the middle of the night while I continue my sleep. Maybe on our next visit, i can listen to the band that plays nightly while I enjoy my fave drink 👌"

"I booked a room without a view, so I was worried it would be dark and windowless. However, the room had large windows and even a balcony! The only reason there wasn't a view was because of the building next door, but there was plenty of natural light. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was included and offered a buffet. As it's a residence-style room, there's a microwave and cooking utensils, though some items like knives and cutting boards weren't provided. Housekeeping was daily. The hotel is also close to many tourist attractions, which I highly recommend."

"This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very simple. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and accommodating throughout my stay. My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, allowing for a good night’s rest. The hotel facilities were decent, including a dining area that offered a variety of options. While the food was satisfactory, there is still some room for improvement in terms of variety and flavor. Common areas were kept tidy, and housekeeping did a good job of maintaining cleanliness. One minor downside was that some aspects of the property felt slightly dated, and a few small maintenance issues could be addressed to improve the overall experience. However, these did not significantly impact my stay. Overall, this hotel provides good value for money and a comfortable place to stay. With a few improvements, it could offer an even better guest experience. I would consider staying here again in the future."

"Quite a nice place and good for families to stay together in one property with 2 rooms. The living room and kitchen are quite big and can cook you own dinner if you want. The location is a bit hard to find and be careful not to mix up with other properties also called Prestige Vacation Apartments - with diff condo name."

"It was beautiful. the interior of the mansion is luxurious looking , i like the view coz its just near camp john hay so many pine trees. thank you trip.com for arranging this hotel, despite having issues on my first booking. overall i love my stay here. 🌲🌲❄️🥶 relaxing stay.."

"The hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The place is near the mansion. It is quiet and suitable for families. The unit is a Korean-style homestay with a kitchen. The fan is a bit loud, but overall it is a good option for a family stay."
