Great place! This is a boutique hotel that has around 80 rooms. The hotel was originally a bank but was later acquired by the university then turned into a teaching hotel. The view from some areas is beautiful and you can see the walls of Intramuros. Also, if you don’t decide to stay here, at least go to the restaurant on the top floor(Sky Deck). The sunsets are beautiful from there and the food is good.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Manila Prince Hotel. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and efficiency, making the check-in process seamless. Clean & Comfortable Rooms,The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly cozy. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Great Dining,The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety of tasty local and international options to start our day right. Manila Prince Hotel offers fantastic value for money without compromising on quality or hospitality. Highly recommended for business travelers, couples, and families alike! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Manila.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The front desk service was also very attentive. They even helped me retrieve my phone after I left it in the room. This was excellent. However, the only downside was the breakfast. For two consecutive days, the breakfast options were simple, and both times I went down to eat at 9 AM, it felt like I was eating leftovers. It seemed as though the breakfast might be outsourced. This was the only flaw. Overall, a good, standard four-star hotel.

It's a 30-minute Grab ride from the airport if there's no traffic. The hotel is in a historical building, and you can really feel its grandeur in the lobby, hallways, and staircases. However, while it's near the coast, the surrounding area isn't very clean, so I wouldn't recommend walking around. A 5-minute Grab ride to Robinson Place will get you everything you need: a supermarket, a drugstore, and restaurants. The pool on the 4th floor has a great view and is easy to use as it's not crowded. The breakfast buffet is about average. Intramuros is also about a 5-minute Grab ride away.

Hotel Benilde Maison De La Salle is honestly my go-to hotel. I’ve stayed here many times, and they never disappoint. The rooms are always clean and cozy, the staff are super accommodating, and the place feels safe and quiet. It’s perfect for both quick stays and longer visits. Definitely one of my favorites!

I chose this hotel to celebrate a special occasion and was genuinely looking forward to the stay. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers the quality you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the service and communication did not meet the same standard. Before my arrival, I submitted a special request and received a response from the hotel with additional information. To avoid any confusion, I even called the hotel to clarify the details. Afterward, I modified my request through the proper channel, assuming it would be reviewed and updated in their system. To my disappointment, the revised request was never acknowledged or acted upon. What is most frustrating is that the hotel had multiple opportunities to review and confirm the updated information, yet it appears that no one checked it. For a 4-star property, attention to guest requests and communication should be a basic expectation, especially when guests are celebrating important occasions. While the facilities are impressive, the lack of attention to detail significantly affected our experience. A beautiful hotel alone is not enough when guest communications are overlooked. This experience left me disappointed and feeling that the hotel fell short of the level of service it advertises. I hope management takes guest requests more seriously and improves its internal communication processes, as this is an area that clearly needs attention.

There isn’t a lot in terms of facilities aside from the pool and bar, but everything was well enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety of choices. It’s not the biggest selection I’ve seen, but there was enough to choose from and the quality was good. One very minor observation I noticed was that some staff seemed a little more enthusiastic or attentive when greeting foreign guests compared to local guests. To be clear, the staff were generally nice and polite, and this did not affect my stay. It was just something I happened to notice. Another small point was the hotel’s policy of providing only **two complimentary bottles of water per day**, with an additional charge for extra bottles. Having stayed at many hotels, this was something I found a little unusual, as complimentary bottled water is often more readily available. Again, this is only a minor point and not a major concern. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the service is generally satisfactory. There are a few small areas that could be improved, but nothing that would significantly affect the overall experience.

My stay at Lido de Paris Hotel in Manila was a mix of convenience and areas that could use improvement. The location is definitely one of its strongest points — it’s close to major spots in Manila, making it easy to get around. The lobby and common areas have a classic, slightly vintage feel, which adds character. The room itself was decent, though it could benefit from some updates. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, but certain amenities felt a bit dated. Cleanliness was acceptable, though not exceptional. Staff were generally polite and helpful, especially at check‑in. One thing to note is that the surrounding area can be busy and noisy, especially at night, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers. Still, for travelers looking for an affordable stay in a central location, the hotel offers reasonable value.

The Grand opera Hotel is very good located near by a metro station to be more flexible to go somewhere else. Bed and room a comfortable and good service. Breakfast is not much dishes to choose and the coffee is not very strong. The hotel personal is very kind and helpful. I can recommend this hotel for short travel.

Nice hotel large rooms and confortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop pool was nice but outdoor lights didn't seem to be working. Wifi was hit and miss and did drop out quite a bit which wasnt ideal for booking on flights etc. But the hotel itself was nice and close to shops and the bay.
