Furthermore, agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. Our hot tub is inspected, chemicals adjusted after each guest has checked out, and refilled regularly. It is normal to see white particles in the water which is the bromide sanitizing. Cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. Do not remove the dispenser from the hot tub. This is used to help maintain thechemicals in the hot tub. Guest agrees that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub/cover in any manner. The guest further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Ravine andit's owners, and employees from any and all claims, damages liabilities, or losseswhatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the renters use of the hottub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage. The agreement and release is hereby incorporated into and made a part of anyother agreement between the renter and The Ravine and its owners in the event legal action is commenced to interpret or enforce the terms of this Agreement and costs, whether incurred during litigation, at trial, or on appeal. Please be aware of your surroundings.- We have security cameras outside the property only for your safety and for our protection.- The health and well-being of our guests are of the upmost importance to us, for this reason, we have an extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.- Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. In consideration of future guests we do require pet owners to prevent their little furry guests from climbing on furniture to include chairs, couches, beds, etc..
