We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement is more than the said deposit amount.NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED:We require that all guests must be declared, regardless of whether they are staying or just visiting. Staying guests must be registered and acknowledged. This home has a queen bed, full-size sleeper sofa, large bathroom and small kitchen. It is also equipped for business travel and work with a desk space and printer/scanner provided.
