Winter Pool & Spa Information (Please Read Before Booking)Pool Heating (December–March):The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F during winter months for comfortable swimming.Please understand the following before booking:* Swim Temperature Only (Not a Hot Tub): The pool is designed for swimming and will not reach hot tub temperatures (100°F+). If you are expecting very warm or “bath-like” water, the pool will not meet that expectation.* Weather & Equipment Limitations (55°F Rule): The pool is heated by an electric heat pump that relies on ambient air temperature. If outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F, the system will automatically shut off to prevent mechanical damage. During these times, the pool will not heat and may be significantly cooler than 85°F.* Temperature Perception in Cool Weather: On chilly, cloudy, or windy days, the water may feel cooler than the actual temperature due to the air temperature on your skin.
