"Location: Very good, walking distance to everything in Key West. Service: Thanks for providing early check-in in hot weather. The second time I went to the counter, the waiter could call out my last name. facility: The bed set was very clean and pleasant, the best bed I've slept in since travelling for a month. The bedside clock was so annoying that I had to unplug the battery and put it back on when I checked out. There is a front yard, but the room is very small, and there is no place to spread the 26-inch suitcase. Since it is the first floor of the bungalow, there are inevitably all kinds of insects in the room. Living in room #84 in the second district, next to the swimming pool is inevitably a bit lively at night. The occupants of room 85 next door are quite noisy watching TV all day. Soundproofing is not very good, although not entirely the hotel's problem. Food: Breakfast was better than average."

"We had a wonderful stay at Havana Cabana in Key West! Parking was very easy and uncomplicated, which made everything super convenient. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the ocean and the classic car in front of the hotel. The pool area was amazing very clean, with lots of fun floats, swim rings, and loungers to relax on. Just a small tip: be a bit careful with the bees around the pool area, but it wasn’t a big problem. At check-in, we were welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some small snacks. The shuttle service worked perfectly, and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"An absolute dream vacation at the Southernmost Beach Resort! We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at the Southernmost Beach Resort in Key West - and it was just perfect! The resort is a true paradise: the location right by the sea, the breathtaking views and the stylish complex leave nothing to be desired. The rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. You feel welcome and cared for from the very first moment. A special highlight was the exceptional service from Alan and his fantastic team. They really did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Whether it was about individual requests, valuable insider tips for Key West or just friendly conversations - Alan and his team were always there with a smile and the utmost professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail: from the perfect organization to small touches that make the difference - the service was simply first class. You can see that Alan and his team are involved with heart and passion, and that is reflected in the entire atmosphere of the resort. We can highly recommend the Southernmost Beach Resort - not only because of the fantastic location and luxurious facilities, but above all because of the exceptional service that makes every stay an unforgettable experience. "The hotel for more than 6,000 nights is only part of the sea view, and the rest is the small beach of other houses, simple cars, and the scenery. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is big and comfortable, but the noise of the air conditioner seriously affects sleep. The hotel’s seaside restaurant is good, while enjoying the food, watching the sunset."

"The location is very good, but I can't see the view, I don't know the view of the sea view, but it is not a wharf. Eat, drink, everyone is happy"

"La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!"

"Very welcoming hotel, complimentary welcome pack with cookie, bottled water, and reusable water bottle upon arrival. Friendly receptionist who speaks French. The pool area and bar/restaurant are very pleasant. Delicious meals and cocktails. Free shuttle to the city center every hour. Highly recommend this hotel 😉"

"It’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$"

"Very beautiful villas, green and nice with a few pools and hammocks. It is far from city center and no access to the beach directly, if you would like just walk out and explore, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach and to the city center every other hour (sometimes two hours), otherwise for a lazy weekend - just perfect."

"This hotel is a kind of more lively hotel, just at the cruise terminal. In the morning breakfast, there will be cruise ships of major cruise companies coming and parked, and will drive away in the afternoon! The hotel's people are all foreign friends and buddies come together for a holiday party, the pool is very lively, the pool view room will be noisy at night! Sea view room is ok! I feel that it is not so suitable for a family to bring children, if a few families bring children together! It's convenient to go anywhere, needless to say! But to say that it is convenient, there is not much in the center of Key West, which is very convenient! The hotel is good because of its location, so the price is not high! Nothing else to say, the service level is first class! Sea view room can see the setting sun!"
