Easy to entertain and stay connected through the stay. On your right will be the living area where there is a giant sectional for your movie nights or naps after the beach! The home has a Smart TV for all your viewing needs. This living space is open to the dining area that has a large table for your meals or game nights! On the other side of the dining area is a bar which is part of the fully loaded kitchen! This kitchen is ready to roll for you and has tons of space for all your cooking needs.To the left of the home you will find the bedrooms. The first bedroom has two beds in it. A queen bed, a twin bed, and trundle underneath are all there with full linens. This room has a Smart TV so you can escape for a bit or have a place for the kids to watch a movie! The Primary bedroom is closer to the back of the home where there is a queen bed and an en suite. This room and bathroom are very spacious. Enjoy an amazing CLAWFOOT bathtub and walk in shower on your relaxing evenings in this luxury retreat!In the back of the home, you have access to a modern full bath and laundry room! Our home is a piling beach house with our main living upstairs. The enclosed bottom is a studio apartment/suite for you to enjoy. We are on the peaceful Davis Canal with a dock where you can spend time drinking coffee or cocktails, reading, fishing, kayaking, boating and enjoying sunrises/sunsets. Enjoy the beautiful, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are a quick, easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The space:It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Beautiful South Beach is a 5 minute walk and is wide and calm. We loved being right next to the BHI club and really enjoyed strolling over for a delicious dinner one evening. The Villa was really cute, clean and fresh, comfortable and well stocked. We had some great morning bike rides with the the cruisers included with the Villa. The sunset from the deck cannot be beat.
