"The location is perfect .There are also plenty of shops nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay. There is a lovely bakery downstairs which I went to almost everyday. The beach is about 5 mins walk away. They also clean the room everyday which is a nice touch. Good customer service. Reasonably priced and good value for money. The room itself was comfortable, I got the city view room so can’t really see the beach but we were out most of the time so not a problem. Note- the entrance to the apartment is behind the bakery so you have to go to the back of the building."

"When booking the room, I left several special requests in the comments, and the staff paid great attention to them. When we arrived, the room was clean, fresh, and well-prepared. The view from the window was incredible — we could see the Dragon Bridge. The only issue was that our room had a round bed. It was very cozy and comfortable, but if you're taller than 170 cm, your feet might hang off the edge... and the bed monster might get you at night! 😄 Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change rooms on the first night because the hotel was fully booked. However, the staff remained polite and helpful throughout. The next day, we were moved to a room with a regular bed, and from that moment our stay became absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything. The beach is only about 10 minutes away by taxi. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered plenty of variety. Lunches were also very good, and it was convenient that they could be booked for any time during the day. The portions were huge! 😻 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. During our stay, most of the guests were Asian travelers from various countries. As Europeans, we immediately noticed it, and honestly, we loved it. It felt like we were truly in Asia rather than in an international tourist bubble, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that didn't fully meet our expectations was the facilities. The pool area looks somewhat different from the promotional photos. However, the beautiful view is still there. The pool is quite deep — around 1.2 meters if I remember correctly. We didn't see any children using it, which might be a bonus for some guests, while families with young children may find it less convenient. There is also a small gym area where you can do most basic workouts. There are plenty of weights available. It can get a little warm in that area, though. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again."

"The hotel is exceptionally clean, with no mold whatsoever. It boasts a large balcony offering an excellent view of the Han River, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Vincom Plaza. For the price, this hotel is more than fantastic."

"The hotel is beautiful and close to the beach, located in a bustling area with many shops and restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet. There are two swimming pools. The infinity pool on the 19th floor is only usable when it's not sunny. The pool on the 3rd floor has shade, making it more comfortable for swimming. Lifeguards are always on duty. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality is good. It tends to get crowded early if you go around 8 AM. It seems our family was upgraded to a better room by the front desk because the room was much larger and nicer than pictured. It was a corner room with many windows, and the super-sized square bathtub was big enough for two adults and a baby – absolutely loved it! The front desk staff were enthusiastic, supportive, cheerful, and lovely. They even helped me find something I left behind."

"The table was a little small so we cleared everything to put our belongings. It was dusty and had ants. The ants persisted for a few days. 😞 The toilet counter also had little space so I removed the items and it was very dirty underneath 😔😔 Apart from the cleanliness under items that was not frequently moved, the room was good. There are many amenities around the hotel. Laundry nearby is cheap too. There is a staff at the door that helps you carry your luggage up and down the ride hailing. I really appreciated it."

"This hotel left me with mixed feelings. I'll start with the positives: an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, a beautiful pool with a sea view, generally clean, and good breakfasts with a decent variety of dishes. Despite many people at breakfast, the food was constantly replenished. Room cleaning was good. I have no complaints about the breakfast and pool staff, but the same can't be said for the front desk. I booked the hotel expecting a 2 PM check-in, which was important to me as I had work scheduled for that time. A few days before arrival, I received an email stating check-in would be at 3 PM. In the end, I was checked in even later, despite how crucial the timing was for me. Every day, there was a tea party by the pool for all guests, but we weren't given a voucher for it. We were told it wasn't allowed, without any explanation. It wasn't that we desperately needed it, but the principle of the matter was unpleasant. Our room wasn't the cheapest, and we stayed for more than one day. I was surprised by the overly strict policy regarding beach towels; to get them, you have to sign your room number and the number of towels in a logbook near reception. Before you even reach the logbook, staff rush over to monitor you, as if we've already stolen a pile of towels and can't be trusted 😂 We travel a lot, but this is the first time we've encountered something like this. In my opinion, the hotel is overrated."

"My friend and I stays here on our first night, this Boutique was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The infinity pool on the roof was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious.. I will definitely comeback here when I visit da nang again in the future. I highly recommend this Luxury Boutique."

"We stayed here for just one night, but we absolutely loved it! ❤️ The hotel feels brand new, everything is spotlessly clean, fresh and beautifully maintained. The staff are lovely and welcoming, and the whole place has such a cozy, homey atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, with great quality cotton bedding, and the bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. All the little details were there too: a good hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and all the essentials. Honestly, an absolute gem! 💯 We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended! ✨"

"This place looks like it just opened recently; all the facilities are brand new, making for an absolutely amazing experience! The room is spacious and expansive, with a balcony outside to enjoy the view. The bed is very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is also large – it perfectly matches the photos provided. There's a small swimming pool out back, and you can also use bicycles to explore Hoi An. The owner is incredibly welcoming and basically answers every question you have, which is really friendly for solo travelers. A thoughtful touch, even though there's no elevator, is that they help carry your luggage, and the air conditioning was even on when I entered the room. You can tell this guesthouse pays great attention to small details. It was a wonderful memory from my time in Hoi An. Overall, I highly recommend everyone stay here!!!"
