"First of all, the service was great. I took the initiative to upgrade the deluxe double room. The staff were very enthusiastic. After checking in, I asked where the elevator was. Miss sister came out of the service desk and kept bringing me to the elevator. No matter when I met the hotel staff at any location, I would greet warmly. Feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom, shower, washstand are separated, very wide, there is a cloakroom, the countertop can put the suitcase, much better than the kind of can be placed on the sofa or writing desk. The breakfast is rich and the key tastes good. The baby can eat two bowls of small wontons every morning, and there is a local specialty meal area. The flat dish is tasted here. There is also a swimming pool in the shop, 1.2 to 1.5 meters deep, especially suitable for children. It is still a garden hotel, and the small garden is pleasing to the eye. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the attractions."

"Before my trip to Anyang, I looked at many hotels online and finally settled on the Anyang Xiying Hotel (Wanda Plaza). After checking in, I was really impressed. For any trip, good food, accommodation, and transport are essential for an enjoyable experience, and the Xiying Hotel is excellent for its price range. First off, the location is great, making it super convenient to get around. It's not far from attractions like the Chinese Character Museum, Anyang Museum, Wenfeng Tower, and Yuan Lin. Secondly, the hotel lobby is elegant, grand, and beautiful. All the front desk staff, both male and female, are very pleasing to the eye. Check-in was quick, professional, and our requests were handled patiently (we mentioned having had hip surgery last year, and they arranged a room right by the elevator for us). The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean and cozy, highly automated, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bed was large with soft, comfortable bedding, and the soundproofing was also good. The toiletries in the bathroom were of a decent standard, and the shower had strong water pressure. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature wasn't as hot on the last two days as it was on the first two. The high-speed rail transfer driver was excellent; he proactively helped with luggage, drove smoothly, and was very accommodating to our needs while still adhering to traffic rules. Choosing the Xiying Hotel for this Anyang trip truly made us feel at home. It was a wonderful experience."

"We booked this guesthouse on Trip.com in advance for our self-driving trip to the Taihang Grand Canyon during the Spring Festival. The overall experience was warm and hassle-free. The owner provides butler-style service, proactively calling to confirm our needs before our arrival and even coming to the parking lot to help with our luggage after we got there. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The guesthouse is located on the north side of Linzhou Taihang Grand Canyon, only 5 kilometers from the scenic area, making it very convenient for self-driving. There's a public parking lot about 1 kilometer south that supports EV charging, which is very friendly for self-driving tourists. I stayed in a lake-view king room, which came with a huge scenic balcony offering an expansive view directly facing the beautiful Taihang mountain scenery. The views in the morning and evening were particularly therapeutic. The only minor drawback was that the indoor space was a bit compact, and the bathroom layout was similar to an RV design – fully functional but a bit cramped. The dining experience was a big plus. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, with a rich variety of fresh ingredients that tasted simple yet delicious. The guesthouse also offers lunch and dinner, with authentic local flavors and good value for money. What delighted my child the most was a gentle and friendly dog living at the guesthouse, which added a lot of fun to our trip. Overall, it's a cozy guesthouse very suitable for family road trips and getting closer to nature."
