"The best point about this hotel is the front office staff, Daniel. We stayed there for 3 nights, throughout the stay we had no communication problem coz he speaks fluent English. It’s not easy to meet someone like him in Dalat. I should say we were being lucky coz he happens to be the owner’s son and he was there to replace the staff just for a short period. This hotel is located near the Dalat market, just a short walk to the main road and cross opposite to Dalat Centre and go down a flight of stairs to the market. There is no problem for food, there is even KFC in the building."

"A good budget hotel. Our room had excellent hot water and a bathtub, but no view. As expected in budget rooms, there were Vietnamese critters: one small gecko and a cockroach. 😁 They didn't bother us, but the second one was sent out through a crack under the door to the neighbors and never returned. The receptionist was a real sweetheart. 🌸 She was the face of the hotel, making the downsides of the stay disappear."

"The apartment was very well located. The staff was very nice. But the room was very cold - no heating at all in the room and we had to ask for a heater which we were given a small fan to hear up the big family room. Needless to say it didn't really work. The breakfast was nice."

"Good hotel/homestay at cheap price (my room was about USD 11/night, all-in, booking via Trip.com). Male receptionist/owner is very helpful & courteous. Room is quiet, clean, tidy & spacious. No smell. Toilet is clean, tidy & spacious as well. Facilities inside room: hair dryer, water boiling kettle, wifi, hot shower, toiletries like shampoo (sachets), comb, toothbrushes, etc. Nice comfortable beds & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water. Plenty of cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Motorbikes available for rent for 100k VND/24-hr (minimum rental of 24-hr, thereafter day can be 1/2 day). Slight complaint: 1. The glass part of the door need curtain as day time light shining through the glass affect those who need to wake up late. 2. It will also be good if there is TV & complimentary sachets of coffee/tea."

"This is a wonderful place with exceptional customer service. We spent a week here and the experience was top-notch. The rooms are clean and well-decorated. We felt right at home. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a full set of toiletries. Cleaning is provided at guests' request; our room was cleaned every two days. The hotel staff are warm and loving, showering us with love throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. We had easy and quick access to everything we needed. A huge thank you to the staff at Dalat Eco Hotel. I definitely recommend this place for a stay in the wonderful city of Dalat!"

トトモ　アブI would rate this boutique hotel 5.5 for the impeccable service and warm hospitality. The owner Ms Trang welcomes you to this boutique property that gives you a French retro feel. The rooms are so aesthetically pleasing and the attention to details are endless. There are fresh geberas , full amenities, great wifi and even free laundry offered. Located within walking distance to the dalat market , there are restaurants, salons and also an incredible spa just steps away. Do check this gem of a hotel if you’re ever visiting Dalat.

CCC RachelOur stay at this villa was truly exceptional! The host was an absolute delight - friendly and helpful. We loved the thoughtful welcome of fresh local fruit treats, which was a lovely surprise. The highlight of our stay was definitely the night campfire, where our host invited us to join in and enjoy baked sweet potatoes and made us feel like family. And of course the villa was immaculately clean and comfortable, with everything we needed within easy reach. We loved the convenient location and the villa's unique features, which added to our overall experience. The value for money was outstanding, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to come back!

GGuest UserThis hotel is located at the end of an alley, is about 6 minutes walk from the main road. On the day for check in we arrived at about 12.30pm and was told the room was not ready, it will take about 30 minutes. We told the manager, Mr T we haven’t had lunch and he offered to buggy us a ride to the main road for meal. After lunch we took a walk back instead of getting him to pick us which he offered. Throughout our stay he was very warm and helpful. He speaks good English and very knowledgeable, it helps us to go about the tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay, love the view of the hotel and the tip top service provided by Mr T. We will definitely stay here again if we do visit Dalat again. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

GGuest UserI stayed in the hotel 5 days and everything is OK, no problem. The male receptionist is quite, he supported and found me a small scooter without driving lisence so that I could explore the city happily without worrying about the police. The female receptionist is more sociable and talkative, she helped to carry my luggage uphill when I left the hotel.

GGuest UserManor Villas Da Lat really offers beautiful scenery. It’s located on the outskirts of the city, yet still only about 5–7 minutes from the lake, which makes it feel peaceful without being too far 🌿 The property is very clean. We originally booked a Superior Room with garden view, but they offered us an upgrade to a suite with city view at a much better price, which we really appreciated. We made the booking around 9 AM after landing early in the morning and arrived at the property around 11 AM. They showed us the upgraded room first before asking us to pay, which felt very transparent. They also tried to arrange an early check-in for us, but after waiting about an hour, we decided to head out and explore the city instead. Unfortunately, I don’t have photos—only videos. One thing that could be improved is the shower area. The floor felt a bit squeaky and slippery, and the shower and toilet are on the same floor level, so the area can get quite wet 🚿 Other than that, everything was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, amenities were complete (cotton buds, toothbrush, hairdryer), and the shower gel smelled really good. For the price, this place offers great value with a spacious room. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat 😊

SSangchanaI’m so satisfied with my stay! Location: It’s very close to town and within walking distance of the Da Lat night market (Chợ Đà Lạt). At night, there are good bars and pubs nearby that you can walk to. For your convenience, there’s a mart on the main road as well. However, the hostel is situated in an alley that cars cannot access, so you’ll need to park on the main road and walk to the hostel. Service: Top-notch! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. They let us keep our luggage and relax in the hostel’s common area before and after check-in and check-out. They also provide a common bathroom in case you arrive early or stay late, and they’re happy to call a taxi for you. The best part is that they have motorcycles and bicycles for rent; however, you’ll need to leave your passport with them (we received ours back in good condition). Amenities: They provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though there’s no toothpaste provided. The weather is cool enough that you don’t need air conditioning. There’s a common iron and stove available for use (a small fee applies for the stove). Cleanliness: Good for a hostel. They have dogs, but there’s no smell or pet hair around. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again.

KKateRusI got the cheapest room, it has no window. It has some problems with bathroom, even had some smell. The host speaks English and very friendly, she did her best to clean the room, I really loved that she changed the towels very often. She also gave me water for free. There's a laundry service organised by the hotel, very nice. The internet is ok, gives a speed about 50mbps. The place is very quiet at night, I slept really well. Overall, the room is ok for this price, bathroom needs better cleaning. Water from the tap smells like a lot chlorinated. The sink has something like a small leakage. I recommend you pay a bit more and book the room with balcony, it is much better!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and relatively clean, the price is reasonable, the parking space is quite inconvenient, if you have parked your car and another car arrives, the staff will ask you to get off to park again, my car is a Ranger so it is quite big compared to other cars, to avoid being called to bother my family, I parked on the sidewalk next to the hotel. The bathroom design is not very reasonable, every time I finish showering, the water overflows all over the bathroom, making it slippery.

YYOGI BHATTIt's a family run homestay. The location is very good but they do not have an elevator. So the guest has to fetch his luggage from the ground floor to the first or second floor on his own. We booked our room on the 2nd floor. So I had to literally drag our two big luggage from the ground floor up to the second floor. It was really horrible. They do not clean the room unless you request them. They have a very small standard room on the second floor without any balcony. But there is a common balcony facing mountains. You can sit there and enjoy it. You must hire a motorbike if you wish to go to the city on your own. This hotel is located up on the hillside. You can book a cab or a motorbike on the grab application from your mobile phone. There are far better hotels available in the Da Lat city with much better amenities.
