The hotel has direct access to IFS, making travel and sightseeing extremely convenient – it's definitely my top choice for a trip to Changsha. The N3 room type offers unbeatable views, and the breakfast on the 93rd floor is extensive with an à la carte menu. There were complimentary welcome fruits and soft drinks daily, and IFS mall is right downstairs. I also managed to get a late check-out, service was absolutely top-notch!"

"1. The location is very close to the station, within walking distance. 2. My room was very close to the neighboring residential area, so it was inconvenient to open the curtains. 3. The front desk staff's attitude was cold. It was pouring rain the day I arrived, and I was completely drenched. Anyone at the front desk should have been able to see how disheveled I was, but they still processed my check-in at a slow, unhurried pace. 4. This hotel also hosts banquets and events. I encountered an insurance company convention, and the elevators were packed and took a long time. There was a noisy group of elderly women. Other aspects were just average, nothing special. There are many other options at this price point, so I'll probably look elsewhere next time."

"I had a great stay here. The location on Shaoshan North Road is excellent, with a subway station right outside the door (turn left), making it super convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. The room was spacious with good natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast included Changsha's local rice noodles, which were tasty. The front desk staff were very friendly and even helped me extend my checkout time. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Changsha."

"This hotel is quite stylish and trendy, a refreshing change from traditional hotels. While the room design has a few minor flaws – the bathroom vanity, in particular, is a bit inconvenient to use, making me think traditional layouts are more practical for living – the breakfast, despite not having a huge variety, is exquisite and tastes much better than what you'd find at other hotels. The gym is beautiful and very professional. A downside is the lack of free laundry service, which feels a bit outdated, especially in summer. For that, an Atour or Hilton might be a better choice. The front desk staff were very friendly, but they missed some finer touches like welcome fruit, departure gifts, or upgrade offers, which sets them apart from true five-star hotels. The hotel's location is decent, but not very subway-friendly; you have to walk a bit, and walking in Changsha's summer can be quite unpleasant, so taxis are definitely the preferred mode of transport."

"Grand Hyatt was my carefully considered choice after thorough research for my trip to Changsha! I picked it for several reasons: 1. Its prime location, with stunning, unobstructed river views of Orange Isle right outside the window. Even with the rainy weather during my stay, I could enjoy the beautiful scenery without leaving. 2. The twin beds were 1.35 meters wide, which beat out other five-star hotels, haha! 3. The breakfast was excellent, especially the unique noodles. 4. The swimming pool and gym facilities were fully equipped."

"Service: The service attitude is excellent, they're always responsive to requests. Messages to their WeChat customer service were answered instantly, especially by Wendy and Clara. All staff members were very polite. There were two thoughtful details: a handwritten welcome card from the housekeeping staff, and on the second day, they replenished more drinking water after noticing our high consumption. Also, staff and concierges would avoid sharing an elevator with guests. Ambiance: The lobbies on the first and sixth floors have a nightclub-esque style, with space and astronaut elements everywhere. The outdoor balcony on the sixth floor in the evening was very comfortable; enjoying the sunset with a gentle breeze and a 'Cha Yan Yue Se' drink was incredibly pleasant. Transportation: Although the location isn't ideal for popular attractions (takes a bit longer to get there), transportation is convenient. There's a metro Line 2 station downstairs on Changsha Avenue, and taxis are readily available. It's only two metro stops from Changsha South Station. Facilities: Compared to similarly-rated hotels in Guangdong, the room size is a bit smaller, but the layout is well-designed. Upon entering, there's a wardrobe acting as a buffer, so you don't see the bed directly. The corner by the entrance is perfect for luggage, and the toilet and shower are separated on opposite sides. The soft amenities are also great: Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and a wide variety of drinks in the fridge, including beer, carbonated drinks, and local Changsha specialties. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, and there were no odors in the restroom. Breakfast Service Extended until 2 PM: This is a rare service for many hotels. No need to rush to eat breakfast early, definitely a thumbs-up! Plus, they switch to lunch at 12 PM, so even late risers don't have to worry about going to the restaurant at 11 or 12 and finding nothing to eat. Bar: There are different live singers every night, creating a nice atmosphere. Bartender Zhang Yang provided attentive service; I felt my 'Changsha County Chronicles' cocktail was too sweet, so he remixed a new one according to my taste."

"The room was spacious and clean, located right at the confluence of the Liuyang and Xiang Rivers, offering unbeatable views. Huge thanks to Sera for the thoughtful arrangements, I was super satisfied! The surrounding area is part of the vast Beichen development, with plenty of shops and restaurants, giving it a lively, local vibe. The hotel's location is ideal, just a 1-2 minute walk from Changsha Museum, the Concert Hall, and the Library, and a 5-minute walk to the Three Halls and One Theater pier. Excellent location. The river view room offered first-class scenery, and breakfast was incredibly rich. Plus, there's a strong 'old money' feel to the place, making it perfect for travel photography. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changsha."
