"This hotel is located within the resort, offering a quiet environment. Concierge Xiao Chen thoughtfully arranged an upgrade to a family room for us. They also helped us organize round-trip transfers for our last-minute rafting trip, which made our overall itinerary much less stressful. The hotel also provided great perks, with the water park and slide being my kids' favorite activities."

"The room facilities here are much better than at the Hyatt, even though both hotels are from the same period. The facilities here must have been updated and are of higher quality. The TV is also larger, and the overall feel is more refined. Most importantly, the food is delicious 😋! My kids absolutely loved it. For breakfast, you can order à la carte, and the beef congee, beef pancakes, and Swiss yogurt were all very tasty and exquisitely prepared. The environment is quieter here, making it more suitable for those who prefer peace and quiet. In terms of service, there's a shuttle bus available, as the location is a bit out of the way, not in the town center, which contributes to the quiet atmosphere. I made a last-minute change to this hotel, and my booking wasn't updated promptly, but Joy at the front desk patiently helped us confirm everything. I really appreciate the thoughtful service. In summary, while the location isn't ideal, the environment and facilities are better, the service is excellent, and the food is the best."

"Beyond expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively arranging pickup and providing thorough explanations and information during the journey – truly professional and attentive. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang."

"Our trip was super convenient, staying at the Jinhua Suite Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the attractions included in our room package. During our stay, the hotel provided many complimentary benefits, including access to the hot spring water park, which made it very convenient to enjoy. Before our arrival, a concierge named '7-Up' (Qixi) added us on WeChat and provided excellent service. They gave us various travel suggestions beforehand and responded promptly to all our questions during our stay. The hotel exit on the first floor leads directly to a shopping street, which is very handy with many restaurants, making dining and entertainment incredibly convenient."

"The butler contacted me in advance, and the executive lounge receptionist's name was Tutu. I mentioned bringing a child, and they proactively offered to note a request for a bed-joining setup. Even with high occupancy, they managed to arrange a one-hour late check-out on the last day, which was very reliable. The room was on the seventh floor with high ceilings and was spacious enough, providing a very comfortable sense of space. The hallway could get a little noisy, especially with children's voices in the summer, but it didn't affect our sleep at night. We had the dinner buffet included in our package. Remember to get the grilled skewers from the outdoor area – there's no limit! The lamb skewers and gizzards were delicious, but the cakes were the absolute best! Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. The shower was in the bathtub, but there was a non-slip mat and disposable bathtub liners provided. The shower curtain was also clean and had no musty smell. All three of us found it accommodating. The toiletries and hairdryer were branded, which we really liked. The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for getting anywhere, with the commercial street just a few minutes' walk away. Right outside the restaurant is a large grassy area, perfect for a pleasant evening stroll after dinner. Both the concierge and front desk staff were very enthusiastic with their service. It was a great choice for this trip."

"I requested a room change, and Bolin at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I was in a hurry to leave, so she even helped move my luggage to the new room, which I really appreciate! The scenery is beautiful, and the environment is lovely with butterflies (see photo P3). The breakfast was absolutely delicious – it felt like a little Nordic experience in China! 👍"

"Our flight landed late at night, so we arrived at the hotel quite late. As we were struggling with our luggage at the entrance, we bumped into a staff member who had just finished his shift. He was incredibly helpful, taking our bags and escorting us in. Check-in was swiftly arranged, and we were even offered welcome fruits. The room was spacious, and the mattresses could actually be pushed together to form an extra-large bed. The facilities were comprehensive, and they even provided disposable towels, bath sheets, and toilet seat covers for germ-conscious guests – a truly thoughtful touch! Every corner of the hotel was designed with great taste, and they even had their own resident stray cats, which were adorable. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – it wasn't just beautifully presented, but every dish was delicious! Even our taxi driver mentioned that this guesthouse is one of the best around. "Choosing the Panaroma Hotel for this trip was definitely the right decision! The views are absolutely stunning, arguably the best in the area, and we loved the outdoor hot spring baths. Soaking in the outdoor bath surrounded by snow was an absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is also very kind and welcoming to the local cats, especially the big orange tabby. If you happen to see him, be sure to say hello! A special shout-out to Coco for being so warm and attentive; her service was outstanding! We felt right at home. We drove over to Wanda Resort for a meal, but it felt pretty ordinary. The check-in experience and service here were fantastic, even better than the reviews online suggested. I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit. A special shout-out to my butler, whose service was incredibly attentive and who promptly resolved any issues. Highly recommended!"
