"This was my fifth stay at Tianfu International Hotel, and my first time driving here. The check-in process was very smooth, from arrival to being guided to my room's building by staff. It would be even better if there were staff on the ground floor of each building to direct guests to their specific room number. There was an exhibition for a Sichuan gas system being set up on the day I arrived, so the main building entrance was a bit chaotic. The hotel grounds are huge, with a great environment, lush greenery, and comfortable small gardens. The rooms are spacious and bright, with pleasant floor-to-ceiling windows and very cool air conditioning. The bathroom functional areas are well laid out. The hotel breakfast was very close to my building. The breakfast selection was rich enough and tasted pretty good, satisfying my needs. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawbacks were that the hotel has been open for three years, and some in-room facilities showed signs of wear and tear, such as the showerhead, the vanity countertop, and rust on the bedside lamps. The local tourism board should seriously step up their promotions to let more people know that Jianyang has such a wonderful hotel and this gorgeous Expo Park. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel was polite and friendly, especially our butler, Amanda.
