The hotel's location is excellent for visiting Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The property itself is in great condition, with fantastic facilities. The infinity pool on the mountain top is a real highlight. The kids absolutely loved feeding the alpacas and ponies, and the dinosaur park is definitely worth a visit. The service was excellent – very warm and proactive. The electric cart service was incredibly prompt, which we really appreciated. Our dedicated butler, Xiao Lei, was very friendly and made our stay so much easier, essentially fulfilling every request. Just a small suggestion: the breakfast was good overall, but it would be even better with a bit more variety.

This is a fantastic hotel with a beautiful setting and a very stylish design. I loved it. The room was clean and spacious, just the style I love. There was even a small gift in the room: a cute wooden bunny. The service was also very attentive. When we went out for dinner, the waiter even offered to take us to the restaurant in their own car.
