"Service: Absolutely perfect, a perfect 100% rating! We were incredibly fortunate to have our butler, Zeng, with us for these three days. He not only upgraded us to a more comfortable and spacious room and suggested travel routes, but also offered a great deal of assistance. For example, when we couldn't hail a taxi on the bridge, he generously came to our rescue and drove us back to the hotel – like a ray of sunshine breaking through the gloomy rain. Furthermore, all the staff, including those in the restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping, demonstrated exceptionally high professionalism throughout these three days. Without exaggeration, based solely on this high-quality service, I would recommend this hotel to anyone in my area who is considering traveling here. Cleanliness: Although the hotel is probably a bit old, it is very clean and tidy, and I didn't find any hygiene issues. Environment: Located right on the shore of Tianmu Lake, the sunset over the lake is truly breathtaking, and the surroundings are very quiet. The hot spring water temperature is very comfortable, and cycling is also possible, making it perfect for a vacation or relaxation. Facilities: The breakfast selection is plentiful; the rice and pork ribs are the best. I suggest adding Western-style breakfast options, such as European-style bread, cheese slices, and ham slices. Due to time constraints, I only experienced the hot springs, which were quite nice. The outdoor hot springs are divided into several different medicinal baths, and hot tea and fruit are provided. However, the outdoor water surface inevitably has some dead branches, fallen leaves, and other impurities floating on it, and you also need to be careful of flying mosquitoes."

"The room in Building 8 is not bad. Stayed for three nights. I would like to comment on the breakfast in particular. There are a wide variety of dishes and they are rotated every day. Liyang Hotel is convenient for travel. The surrounding Gaojing Park is small and beautiful, and Yanshan Park is large and beautiful with flowers blooming in the garden. Yanhu Park is very suitable for walking. Jinling Liyang Hotel is the first choice when you come to Liyang again."

"The hotel's location is excellent, nestled among green mountains and overlooking the shimmering Tianmu Lake, giving it a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future."

"This was my second stay here, and checking in at the front desk was quick. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the dining area was comfortable and didn't feel crowded. Even though I only stayed for one day, this hotel meets the needs of both business travelers and those on a leisure vacation. It will definitely be my top choice again next time I'm in Liyang! "Upon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!"

"Our initial room wasn't great, but the staff helped us pick a room with a beautiful view, which was fantastic! 👍 The hotel breakfast had a good variety, but the Chinese restaurant's set meal wasn't worth the price. We barely touched the tofu and black rice, and the plate of four pan-fried buns had a pickled vegetable filling 😓. The only good thing was the fish head soup, which was very fresh and delicious 😋. The hot springs ♨️ are conveniently located right next to the hotel. It was so relaxing to soak there and wash away the fatigue, and it wasn't crowded at all, which was a bonus. The Bamboo Sea wasn't crowded either, and we didn't have to wait in line for the mini-train 🚄 or the cable car 🚡. The only downside was the slightly overcast weather; it would have been perfect if it had been sunny!"

However, there is one area for improvement: First, I suggest replacing the mountain bikes with regular bicycles to make it easier for guests to use. When we visited, the mountain bikes involved issues with gear adjustments, which I personally felt was a bit dangerous for those who hadn't ridden them before. One bike seemed to be broken, so we couldn't use it. Also, the scenery in early spring may not be as vibrant as in summer, but it brings a sense of peace and hope. However, this may not be to everyone's taste; the photos are for reference only."
