When I checked in, I casually asked about local transportation and restaurants, and she patiently explained everything and even reminded me about the weather. After checking out, I accidentally left my ID behind, but she found it right away, kept it safe, and contacted me promptly to pick it up, saving me a lot of hassle. Her warm smile and professional attitude throughout made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Tang definitely deserves full marks!"

"Eleven years ago, I got married here. This time, I brought my wife and two sons. It still brings back youthful memories. The hotel facilities aren't old; the materials were probably decent back then. It was also very clean. The service was good; they even gave me ice with my beer delivery. I must mention the breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, including local specialties like Lu'an ugly steamed buns and wormwood cakes. I'd definitely come back again!"

"The hotel is located in Bailuhu Park, a beautiful environment perfect for a relaxing vacation. The accommodations are excellent, with spacious rooms and good facilities. Although it's a bit far from the city center, taxis are readily available. The hotel reception staff were warm and attentive; when we mentioned the blankets were too thin due to the cold weather, they immediately provided thicker ones. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and the dining environment was pleasant. When the reception staff saw us checking out and heading to the high-speed rail station, they offered to arrange a car for us, which touched us deeply."

"🚗Transportation: When taking a taxi around Lu'an Lingxin Valley Hot Spring Resort, ride-sharing services are easier to get, while express taxis are generally unavailable. 🛁Facilities: I booked two rooms on different floors: the Bamboo Forest Hot Spring and the Linquan Hot Spring House. The upstairs Bamboo Forest Hot Spring (6217) had a significant sewage smell. The private hot spring can be turned on directly by guests, and the water quality is very soft. Children have their own bathrobes. The indoor playground has two floors, and the kids had a great time. 🧡Service: I booked for two consecutive days, but the welcome fruit was only provided on the first day, and the drinks in the mini-fridge were only refilled after I reminded them. However, the service attitude was excellent. The shuttle bus was available on demand. Thumbs up to shuttle bus driver Master Wang Yongsheng and Master Zhu of car No. 6! 🏡Environment: The hotel environment is very good, and the soundproofing is also decent. Being in the mountains, mosquitoes are inevitable, but with the electric mosquito repellent in the room, there were basically no mosquitoes. 🏪Surroundings: Across from Lu'an Lingxin Valley Hot Spring Resort is the Wanxi Grand Canyon, and there are many farmhouse restaurants below the parking lot."
