"The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder."

When I checked in, I casually asked about local transportation and restaurants, and she patiently explained everything and even reminded me about the weather. After checking out, I accidentally left my ID behind, but she found it right away, kept it safe, and contacted me promptly to pick it up, saving me a lot of hassle. Her warm smile and professional attitude throughout made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Tang definitely deserves full marks!"

Highlights: 1. In the afternoon, the waiter sent fruit snacks and Tremella soup, the service staff was enthusiastic, the Tremella soup was good in temperature and taste, and the fruit was fresh. I have stayed in many hotels, and such sincere service is rare. 2. Every room attendant on the 17th floor greeted me warmly, and before leaving, he also specifically reminded me to have a safe journey. The hotel housekeeper was attentive. 3. The hotel gym is fully equipped, not inferior to any social gym. 4. There is a dedicated smoking room in the lobby, which is the first time I have seen it in a hotel, innovative! If I have some suggestions: The coffee pot for breakfast is a bit low-grade, and I happened to meet a foreigner who also drank coffee, and I feel that it can be improved. Add English to the menu, because it is all in Chinese, and I happened to meet a Korean guy who wanted noodles. The staff didn't understand, probably because his English was too difficult.
